It is very close to the river, and there is a supermarket nearby where you can buy things. But there are too many black people around, so it is not recommended to go out at night. When I was looking at the scenery on the opposite side of the river during the day, I met more than one person who said hello first and then said こんにちは. The bad thing is that these people will smell like leaves when they pass by.
The hotel itself is OK, the service staff are very friendly, the hygiene is also OK, and the room is not small or depressing.
