The service is very good! Very meticulous and patient! The room is also very clean, a boutique hotel worth experiencing! It is rare to find such good service in Europe, much better than most international five-star hotels!

Have just returned today from staying at Villa Maia. Beautiful hotel and a must if you visit Lyon. The staff are very attentive, but also unobtrusive, which we loved. They went out of their way to provide us with information about the city. Our room overlooked Lyon and the view was mind blowing every time we entered it. Have just read that the breakfast is complimentary, but it was not the case when we were there. We did check and were told that our reservation did not include breakfast, so just check before you go. Vieux Lyon is charming and everything is in reach thanks to the nearby funicular. I told the staff that we were celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday and they kindly left chocolates in the room for him after our day our - a lovely touch. The restaurant Têtedoie sits in front of the hotel and our evening there was spectacular. We hope to return (and have the breakfast!). Many thanks to all of you who looked after us and who smiled every morning - we are useless with names, but do remember Constance and Fréderic.

Tout était parfait, un accueil hors norme, sympathique, simple mais terriblement efficace et agréable ! Des chambres où chaque détail est pensé, excellente literie. Nous avons également apprécié la grande piscine et le bar chaleureux.

とても立地が良くリヨンの街が一望でき且つ古代ローマ劇場後やフルヴィエールの丘も近く満足です。フロントの対応は大変礼儀正しいのですがフレンドリーでとても好感が持てました。５日間滞在したのですが施設内は清潔で気持ち良く過ごすことが出来ました。
