I had a great stay, and will definitely be back! The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, the hotel itself was clean and tastefully decorated, and I had quite possibly the best cocktails of my life at their bar. Very well located with the train just in front of the property that can take you anywhere you need to go, and is only a few stops away from the central station to catch your train out of the city. Also dog friendly! Highly recommend.

The location of the hotel is a bit remote, a little away from the city and very close to the train station. There are many homeless tents under the train station bridge. The hotel facilities are okay, but the parking fee is a bit expensive.

Le personnel est très accueillant Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables et l’hôtel est idéalement situé à côté du stade Gerland 👌 Vous avez aussi le restaurant qui offre une belle palette de restauration, du petit déjeuner au dîner en passant par une offre le midi en semaine 🧑🍳 Au final, un bel hôtel à recommander et encore + si vous aimez la balle ovale 🤩

Great hotel! Here for rugby... 2 minute walk to stadium. On the metro line into town. The hotel is new, modern, clean and welcoming. Even the smallest rooms are comfortable with high ceilings and modern conveniences. The quality/price very good even if not here for rugby. Secured parking for 18 Euros is appreciated. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating. The only current problem is access with lots of construction and blocked roads which led us to have a lovely drive around neighbourhoods of Lyon:)

Par où commencer pour décrire la déception et la mauvaise expérience passées dans cet hôtel. Tout commence par l’absence de communication concernant le match joué le soir du jour de notre arrivée. Impossible de rejoindre l’hôtel simplement et encore plus impossible de se garer. Bien sûr plus de place au parking .. Pas d’équipements de confort pour les clients style minibar ou bouillotte pour le thé par exemple. Menage approximatif avec de la poussière partout. Pour clôturer le tout, mauvaise isolation des fenêtres et musique à fond et clients bruyants en terrasse jusqu’à 2h45 Impossible de dormir donc malgré nos 2 appels. Nous qui étions venus pour nous détendre avant une convention c’est raté Je déconseille et il y a beaucoup mieux même en 3* à proximité
