房間本身不錯，前台那個女服務員比較兇 房間實際上，是在另外一個樓，需要走個200米，我的房間比較幸運，剛好就在樓道共用衞生間和洗手間的旁邊，所以很方便。

We drove around Europe for more than a month, and this was the worst hotel. When we found the hotel under the guidance of the navigation, (Figure 1), the receptionist (female) had a very bad attitude and told us arrogantly that the hotel room was not here, but in a corner a few streets away. The receptionist gave us a map that looked like a ghost painting, and pointed to the door with a pen, and asked us to find it ourselves. At that time, there were several staff members chatting in the room, but no one guided us. This made us run a long way with our luggage, and we couldn't find it at all. We had to go back to the hotel reception desk, and at our strong request, she asked a staff member to take us to find the room. The environment here is very dirty and messy, with a row of garbage bins and public toilets blocking the door, (Figure 2, Figure 3, Figure 4) When we got to the room, we found that the equipment was extremely simple, and the curtains were very thin and transparent. (Figure 5) In addition, our car couldn't find their designated parking space, and we turned around and around without anyone to guide us, which made us very embarrassed. We deeply felt that we encountered traps everywhere in this hotel. Strongly appeal: This hotel must not be booked, the service is extremely poor and it is not trustworthy.

The room is big enough. The cleanliness is good. The location is good, near the lion statue. It is very convenient for shopping, eating and sightseeing. But there is a smell of cigarettes in the building.

The hotel is in a residential building with no signboard. After looking for it for a long time, I finally found out it was there when I saw the waiter. It is quite far from the check-in station. I will not book again😞

You have to walk a while to get to another apartment, which is very inconvenient and not very hygienic.

The hotel has two buildings, and we were arranged to stay in the other building. It was a holiday that day, and it happened to rain. There were only two people working at the front desk, and they couldn't leave. They just told us how to get to the other building. It took some time to find a place to stay.
