BOUTIQUE Hotel by Continental Park

The most expensive and worst hotel in Switzerland on this trip, super pitfall! The hotel is located on a very narrow road. When we drove to it, two buses were parked at the door, so that we couldn't even find the hotel door and the parking garage! The basement is extremely narrow, absolutely challenging driving skills! Half an hour before 3 o'clock, we were not allowed to check in, and we were asked to wait at the front desk. After checking in, we had to carry the box up and down the stairs. When we opened the door, we only saw the bed in the triple room, and there was no place to put the box! What's more terrible is that the bathroom exudes the stench of vomit and the carpet smells of urine. Ask the hotel to deal with it, they said that they cleaned it very cleanly, that is the smell of detergent! I don't know whose detergent is stinky! I didn't have the energy to toss and make do for one night. It rained heavily at night, and the TV had no signal. I called the front desk to ask, but they hung up the phone and ignored it. The bath water was hot and cold, the curtains could not be closed, and the bar downstairs or some entertainment venue was noisy until midnight. It was 3800+ a night to stay in this stinky hotel, which was really unlucky! The only bright spot was that the breakfast was okay, but the service was also very poor! Parking fee is 32 euros per night. This stinky hotel in Lucerne is not fun at all. There are crowds everywhere. I don’t want to go there again! The experience is super bad!!!

Very close to Lucerne Station, within walking distance. There are many restaurants around, and coop and other supermarkets are also near the train station exit. A few steps away is the Flower Bridge, which is very suitable for the distance of the citywalk throughout the city.

Room: The suite is a bit small for 3 people. After opening the suitcases, there is basically no space to walk. Environment: There seems to be a bar-like place near the hotel. There will be loud music at night. I called the front desk and they said they couldn’t solve the problem. The music usually ends at 11 o'clock (luckily it ended at 9 o'clock on the day I stayed). If you are sensitive to sound, it is recommended to avoid it. Service: The front desk is clear and the breakfast service is also very good. They will take the initiative to ask what type of coffee you need.

The hotel is right next to the Luzern train station, just across the road and next door. The facilities are fine, very modern, and the surrounding environment is also good. There is nothing unsafe about going out. It is also within walking distance to various local attractions, which is convenient~ The front desk of the hotel was very welcoming and introduced me to local attractions. In addition, customers staying at the hotel can get a local transportation card and use public transportation as they like.
