The room gets a 3.5 star for space. However, the surroundings are quite noisy at night because the room is right next to the road, so you can hear people talking. Also, the reception area is quite dark, with no proper lighting like you’d expect in a usual hotel—it feels very dull. Even our floor doesn’t have proper lighting

Wow que belleza de vista en la terraza! Les doy 5 puntos porque el personal es magnífico siempre quieren ayudar sin esperar propina, la habitación muy adecuada y estaba muy cerca del templo de Luxor. Además tiene por detrás el bazar , de verdad bellísima experiencia, la comida muy rica aunque todos los días era igual pero si vuelvo me quedaría de nuevo allí

Very disgusting, I was cheated out of 40 USD by this hotel, and they wanted to ask us for money after the service. Originally, we only needed 40 USD to take a taxi to Aswan, but the driver we found didn't speak English well, and then the hotel said that there was a checkpoint from 6pm to 6am and we couldn't pass, but they had a pass and said they could use the hotel's car to take us, but we were detained at the checkpoint and took another small road, wasting a lot of time, and the driver was not the hotel's driver, but a taxi from outside, this hotel really can cheat people out of money

The hotel is very well located and absolutely fine for the price. Regarding cleanliness, I have to say that the carpet in the hotel was really not clean. Everything else was absolutely fine: towels, bathroom, bedding, etc.
For the price and location, I would go back there anytime.

The facilities are a bit old and the sanitary conditions are average, but the staff are very enthusiastic. The view on the top floor is great, with a swimming pool and a view seat. It is located in the center of the East Coast, with a superior geographical location and convenient to go anywhere.

Good and easy check in I arrived late night round 1 am and reception still available. Room seems old but neat and clean. Love the view from the rooftop/ restaurant, Nile river, baloon and mountain in west bank, also closeby Luxor tempel. It has pool but not big one. Breakfast not much variation but i like the omelete. Overall good experience

The hotel has an excellent location, the restaurant is very good, we had problems with the water flow during the last day of the stay, but then we found out that there was no water in Luxor on that day.
