Good inexpensive hotel
Basic hotel but excellent customer service. Showerhead broken but fixed immediately. Lovely view from rooftop where you have breakfast. Will arrange takeout if you want dinner so you can enjoy view at night too. Mamood and Waleed very helpful. West side much quieter than East. This hotel is on westside, could do with a paint here and there. No elevator

Great location for exploring Luxor, and a friendly greeting. However, our room was absolutely filthy - pillows were brown and pillowcases and sheets ripped. Chairs in room and balcony unusable as rickety and dirty. Fridge in room was so dirty I wouldn't have kept animal food in it. Room dirty on arrival and never cleaned or serviced in 3 days we were there, I honestly can't understand how any genuine review could say this place is clean!! Stayed half board, no choice in menu and food always cold. When we didn't eat stone cold kashari we were interrogated and told it was supposed to be cold and everyone else said it was good - very uncomfortable. Restaurant was nicely decorated, but again furniture broken and dirty and tablecloths looked like they'd never been washed. Rarely offered drinks of any kind, and no facilities in room. Usually waiting an hour or more for dinner. Cannot understand how this "hotel" has received it's ratings.

Il personale è super gentile e questo aiuta un po' a sentirsi accolti. purtroppo la struttura in sè ha tanti piccoli problemi tra cui la vasca con il doccino rotto, un solo asciugamano per persona, i condizionatori che non fanno aria calda o che non funzionano e così via. Purtroppo va bene per una notte sola.

ルクソール西側の渡し船船着き場から徒歩10分といったところ。
（ルクソール西側のホテルは大概そうですが）メインストリートから小道に入ってしばらくのところにあります。
スタッフの方たちはみんな親切でネットが繋がらないところを助けてもらったりしました。
設備は必要十分でエアコンの温度調節がうまくできなかったことくらいですかね。
私は東側の観光を終えた後、西側を自転車で回りましたが、レンタサイクルの店も近くにあり、拠点として非常に利便性が良かったです。

I had a lovely stay and was treated like a princess by Mahmoud every time my meals were served, meals so large it was impossible to eat it all
Massive room and great air conditioning and a 10 minute walk to the ferry to the main tourist historic sites .
My luggage was damaged and a repair service was used to get me back to Cairo and onwards back to Dunfermline, Scotland
