Cleopatra Hotel Luxor

Except for the neighbor who raises horses and the smell is quite strong, everything is pretty good.

E stato l'albergo(se cosi si puo dire) piu brutto della mia vita. Sterco di cavallo appena arrivati che ci ha imbrattato tutte le scarpe,c'erano mosche ovunque. Il bello deve ancora venire. Avevamo 2 camere con due letti singoli. In una delle due camere non faceva l'aria condizionata,e abbiamo dormito in 4 in due letti singoli,il bagno era fatiscente,usciva liquido dalla base del water. Questo soggiorno ha rovinato i miei due giorni di vacanza. Credo che le buone recensioni non siano vere. Le foto del sito non corrispondono al vero. Ambiente sudicio.

Cleopatra Hotel Luxor is a family-like hotel in a quiet area. In my case, I arrived at Luxor Station by train, so I took a public boat (7.5 EGP, about 20 yen in Japanese yen) on the Nile from Luxor Station to the western area across the Nile. From there, it was about a 5-minute walk to Cleopatra Hotel Luxor. In a word, Cleopatra Hotel Luxor was a family-like hotel run by a man named Mahmoud. Mahmoud was a man of leadership, sincerity, and responsibility, and he helped me out in many ways. As for Cleopatra Hotel Luxor, which is run by Mahmoud, the location is good. It is located in a quiet area just off the main road on the west bank of Luxor. There is a koshk (a small shop similar to a convenience store in Japan) nearby, and I remember that the shop also sold homemade cakes that were delicious. There are also restaurants scattered around the public boat dock on the west bank. By the way, it was nice that you could easily go to the east bank of Luxor by public boat (7.5 EGP) for a cheap price. The room had a terrace and an Arabian atmosphere, which was nice. It was well cleaned, and there was a hot shower and basic amenities. The breakfast venue was on the rooftop, and it had a great view and a delicious breakfast. By the way, I visited during Ramadan, so I don't think this is something that usually happens, but I was able to have dinner with the host and guests at the owner's house for all three nights. It was nice to be able to experience a part of Islamic culture. Thank you. And thank you for the meal. It was delicious. I also used the tour desk for things like hot air balloons, and the laundry where they hand-wash your clothes. I think it was the hotel owner's father, and he hand-washed them with skill. Thank you. Overall, the accommodation price was cheap, and it was a family-like hotel with high hospitality, centered around Mahmoud. I think I can highly recommend it. I recommend it.

The best thing about this hotel is Mahmud's attention and treatment. The room is comfortable, it has a small refrigerator, the place is very quiet and you can rest very well after a long day of touring the west side of Luxor. Mahmud is there all the time and is in charge of making the breakfast that is served on the terrace, which is beautiful. I recommend the place without a doubt
