The hotel is a century-old hotel, the facilities are a bit old, the cups in the bathroom are broken, the service is really bad, I wanted to change the room before, they said they didn't have it, and they ignored me, I had to go to the front desk, and they changed it after I got there. The worst thing is that I forgot to take my Chanel perfume with me when I checked out, and I left it on the table. When I asked the hotel the next day, they said they didn't have it. I really don't know how this hotel can get such a rating on Ctrip. The facilities are very old and the water for shower is very small. The whole hotel is very run-down. I stayed at the Old Falls in Aswan for three days. Although it is also a Sofitel, the difference is too big. Later, the Winter Palace upgraded to a suite, but it is still dirty and old. The curtains, sofas and bed covers are all in a dusty state. It is very average. It can be said to be the worst hotel I have stayed in during my entire trip to Egypt, and the hotel that does not meet the relevant star rating.
