A cot was so nicely arranged already in our room without any request, that was a nice touch and appreciated. The room is spacious, even with King sized bed + a baby cot there is still a lot of room. Spacious bathrooms. Appreciated the no single use plastic bottle in both bathrooms and in-room water.
Only wish was, there was charging next to the bed.
Location is spot on! And staff was very nice to us, thank you for a nice stay.

The restaurant cafe de paris downstairs is delicious and there are people performing in the square which is very lively.
The famous shopping street downstairs is super convenient. Next door is pp LV Hermes and the like~
All in all, it's very convenient, otherwise I wouldn't know where to stay and wouldn't have much choice.

I was a little hesitant based on some of the reviews I had read - but when we arrived, we were so happy with the location, the service and the room itself. It is right in the heart of the city which is amazing - yes, that makes it a little noisy but not enough to bother us. The service was excellent and we really enjoyed the bar on site.

L'hotel è in una piazza pedonale centrale (molto affollata, ma non nelle ore notturne), ideale per visitare a piedi o con il tram (gratuito) la piacevolissima città. Per arrivare in auto, chiedete informazioni all'hotel e non fidatevi del navigatore. La nostra stanza, collocata nella parte più antica sul retro, era molto bella, con il soffitto dalle travi a vista, e silenziosa. Personale davvero gentile e disponibile, dal direttore al ragazzo del car valet. Se posso dare un consiglio, migliorerei il buffet della colazione. Comunque consigliatissimo

Very comfortable and elegant room and property and very well located. We had selected a room with a loft, the bedroom being on the top floor, which was not the best setup for middle of then ight bathroom visits. This was our error, not the hotel’s.

Hotel excepcional, pessoal muito educado e muito bem treinado em especial , no restaurante Paris , para a Glaucia, Alex e o diretor, que não lembro o nome, principalmente a Glaucia que nos ajudou em tudo que precisávamos, escolha de pratos, lugares para ir e como se locomover, sempre com muita simpatia.
