The location is very close to the train station, within walking distance, and the tram and bus station are downstairs, which is very convenient.
The room is average, and the overall environment looks clean and tidy. But the breakfast variety is small, not recommended, it feels average
The hotel is not in the lively area of the city, there are few people around, walk five minutes to the tram station, take the tram for about 10 minutes to the city center and the train station. Fortunately, the Luxembourg tram bus is free. Breakfast is slightly simple, double stay - free bottle of mineral water 😂

The parking lot is in the basement next door. It is very large. However, the front desk only told me where to enter. After entering, most of the parking spaces were reserved by surrounding businesses. It took me a long time to find a parking spot. I walked 500 meters to get back to the hotel. Then the doorman asked me if parking was convenient. I said it was too far. He said there was a fixed spot for their hotel downstairs. It was very close. I felt that they deliberately did not tell me the location in advance. They did not tell me in advance and then said sorry. It was terrible.

The transportation is convenient, with the Luxembourg train station nearby, a Chinese supermarket opposite, and many Chinese restaurants next to it;
The room is large and the environment is simple and elegant;
The breakfast is rich and the freshly chopped green onion and eggs are very fragrant.
The little old man who runs the front desk is very cute, warm and humorous.
The advantage of this hotel is the breakfast, which is complete in variety, with fresh ingredients, freshly squeezed orange juice, and good coffee. Another advantage is the location, diagonally opposite the train station, which is convenient for taking a bus to the airport. Luggage can be stored.
The disadvantages are that the road at the entrance is under construction, and the hotel's exterior wall seems to be under repair. There are several steps from entering the hotel to taking the elevator, which is very inconvenient with large luggage. The waiter did not seem to help. It was a bit strenuous.

This hotel just opened in May 2021, it is very new and worth staying once. There is a coffee machine in the room and the bathrobes are also very nice. This grey series made us feel very relaxed. There are also childhood memories. The most classic style of Playstation 1 and Marshall speakers can sing on the bedside. The hotel front desk is very friendly
Travelled to Luxembourg with two friends, 3 people overall. The location is spectacular, very close to the main station as well as the city center. Just great. The room itself was alright, nothing fancy, generally clean. Towels were provided. No AC, so be aware of that in summer time. The beds were not very long, but if you are below 1.85m you should be fine!

CChak Heng AndrewI recently stayed at Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg and found the location to be excellent, with easy access to key attractions and public transport. The room was spacious, providing plenty of comfort and room to move around, making it a pleasant environment to relax in. However, I did find the bed to be a bit too soft for my personal preference, which affected my sleep quality. Overall, it's a great hotel with a fantastic location and generous room sizes, but if you prefer a firmer mattress, you might want to consider that aspect before booking.
NNYYC90I like the Mercure brand very much. The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are very new. The bedding is very comfortable and the breakfast is rich and pretty good. I will choose this hotel again next time I come.
流流浪的小miumiuThis hotel is very expensive, half price, but the location is super good. Remind everyone of two things, First, you can drive to the hotel entrance, but the navigation will be problematic. It should extend west of the highway ring outside the old city, from north to south (ie, Boulevard Royal to the south), turn left into Rue Nutre-Dame, 50 meters. Turn left into Rue Philippe II, cross two small streets, pass the Hermes Hermes store, turn right. Second, the hotel is mainly for luxury stores and downtown attractions, but all the businesses in the city (90%) are closed on Sundays, so try not to live in this hotel on Sunday, it is very boring.
KKarenThis hotel has more pros than cons. Staff very professional. Excellent food for breakfast so pretty pricey at 27 Euro. The rooms look very old fashioned and could do with a bit of touch up but I think that's part of the hotel's charm. I got a single room and it cost me about 98 US Dollars on trip.com's wonderful website. An excellent value for that price even an excellent value for $150 after that find someplace a little newer. Breakfast is really excellent except the eggs were undercooked and the bacon was undercooked and when I asked them to take it back to the kitchen and cook it a little more they would only cook the bacon for me. Maybe in Luxembourg people eat their eggs sweat but no way I could stomach that it would probably make me ill so I skipped the eggs. However the cheese
was top notch and the meal was worth 27 Euro if you could eat 27 euro worth of
cheese. I would even go so far as to say I would stay here again. The bathroom is a little outdated but charming and had birds and flowers on the tiles. The hotel front desk man acted as a concierge but clearly he had been there for a long time and was very well trained and had very good advice about where to eat and what to see. I like the whole staff and an added asset was the bar downstairs brings you back to many years ago. I was lucky enough to get a balcony in my room and it would be a wonderful idea if I had trouble with somebody to have wine on the balcony and watch the world go by. I will post my view from my balcony. I call this hotel room with a view. The hotel had more more pros than cons and I was happy with my decisions to stay there.
GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Novotel in Luxembourg, and I had a wonderful experience. The reception staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They provided great recommendations on places to visit and, even though the hotel was fully booked, they managed to accommodate our request for rooms next to each other, which was a huge plus for our family.
The buffet breakfast was impressive, with a clean and hygienic setup and a wide variety of options. The only suggestion I have is to add labels to each food item, so guests know exactly what’s being served. Despite this minor detail, the breakfast was delicious and satisfying.
The rooms were also very clean and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Luxembourg.

KKalegemenI have to change my schedule to Luxembourg due to unexpected train delays, i have tried to negotiate with hotel for cancel my reservation, and I would be fined partly. however the hotel didn’t give any compromise.
LLotuxWe spent our Christmas night here, every shops closed during our stay. We tried out their hotel restaurant, not very impressed but OK. Nice hotel with parking (€19/night). Room without kettle but fridge is included. Might try another hotel if I visit this city again
GGerald PWhile it is a bit of a walk from the nearest tram station, the room was amazing. As a well designed physical space 10/10, interior design 10/10. Refrigerator and beautiful mid 20th century design red chairs were a visual knockout. The wall next to the bed had a panel that had to have been a hand painted “mural”, from floor to the ceiling a gentle blue gradation that was a joy to experience from the super comfy bed. I would definitely book a room the next time I visit Luxembourg City.
AAmunThe flat is well located and at close distance to the main train station.
Unfortunately, my experience was not good and I feel Queen luxury robbed me! I responded to an email and share my arrival time. more than three hours later When I got there on time 30 min after the allowed check in time , I had to wait for the cleaning lady to finish, 20 mins later.
There were lots of hair around (on the floor, in the bathroom, even the bed cover.
I had issues with their internet and couldn't access site and complete my work. I requested their help at 10:35 and was promised a technician promptly. I had to use a nearby coffee's Wi-fi. Five hours still nobody! I called again and was told the technician forgot to come by trying and fix the issue. Eventually they did reach out to help but I left the place a day earlier.
