A cot was so nicely arranged already in our room without any request, that was a nice touch and appreciated. The room is spacious, even with King sized bed + a baby cot there is still a lot of room. Spacious bathrooms. Appreciated the no single use plastic bottle in both bathrooms and in-room water.
Only wish was, there was charging next to the bed.
Location is spot on! And staff was very nice to us, thank you for a nice stay.

We hadden niet het gevoel centraal te staan als gast, werden onvoldoende geïnformeerd. Vooral het ontbijt viel tegen. We verbleven 2 nachten in het hotel en bij elk ontbijt werd het brood niet aangevuld, zelfs niet als er een groep van 8 mensen bij kwam aanschuiven. Tijdens ons t****e ontbijt zien we de bediening plotseling aandraven met spiegeleieren, zacht gekookte eitjes en pannekoeken, blijkbaar kon je dat gewoon vragen. Zo jammer dat je als gast daar niet over geïnformeerd wordt. Het roerei en spek dat standaard aangeboden wordt was koud. Voor een hotel van deze standaard en prijs mogen we verwachten niet zelf op zoek te moeten gaan naar de mogelijkheden om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken.

Excellent location and infrastructure, but breakfast was disappointing, more specifically in terms of variety and quantity of food. It is also not comprehensible that a hotel under expected standards (R&C, 5 stars etc.) does not offer champagne included in the breakfast. We were also not aware that the bathroom would be a glass box in the middle of the room, offering no privacy for a couple travelling together. Please, keep it evident. Bathrooms completely opened to bedrooms do not please every guest. I would say it is more the opposite...

It is not possible for guests to control the room temperature. In this case the temperature got stuck on freezing and the hotel staff were also unable to control it so we insisted on being moved to another room. The next day the hot water failed in our new room and we had to boil the kettle to get hot water to wash. Hotel staff promised a “gesture” to make up for our poor experience but no gesture was provided and no-one asked if we had enjoyed our stay when we checked out. Lots of good things about this hotel but hot water and an adequate room temperature are pretty basic requirements that were not met.
