The property was great, clean rooms and good breakfast too. The bill was less than the total paid with trip.com but they couldn't explain why.

Advantages: The hotel is very new, the facilities are modern and beautiful, the atmosphere is very safe, there is a free bus at the door that goes directly to the city center, the hotel is quiet but there are several restaurants within a 5-minute walk, it is very convenient, there are still 4 hours before the check-in time when I arrived, and I can check in early for 30 euros. I missed the breakfast the next day because I remembered the wrong time. The front desk provided croissants and orange juice, which is good overall. Disadvantages: The bathroom has no door, which may be a bit inconvenient with friends; the Wi-Fi signal is very unstable, which seriously affects work, and can only use mobile phone hotspots; breakfast is closed at a certain time; on the last day, I saw a dead cockroach under the sink.

I came to Luxembourg for four days and three nights, and I am really happy that I chose this hotel. I think sometimes the reviews alone are not accurate, so you still have to look online. Reviews on Ctrip said that the hotel front desk staff were indifferent, but I really didn't feel that at all. Instead, I thought they were very enthusiastic. I bought Rose and needed ice. Their ice machine was broken and there was no ice, but their manager went next door and bought two kilograms of ice for me to chill. Really considerate! I requested a room with a bathtub before departure and they arranged it for me. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it convenient to go anywhere. I highly recommend the Cloud Pizza opposite the hotel. It’s really delicious. It’s the best pizza I’ve ever had in recent times. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Luxembourg.
