It didn't go as I thought. I first booked through the trip.com app. Then when I arrived at the hotel they told me that my reservation had been moved to another lower category hotel without explanation. When I arrived at the other hotel Hotel de Fraincais they told me that there was a room in my name but evidently the hotel category was not the same. I then ask for information on the rate and they tell me that they have applied a reduced rate. It's fine too, but the rooms are different from the one I had chosen and the price paid is not worth the hole received. Terrible result I would say. Pay attention to your reservations and always ask the property for confirmation.

Excelente hotel por su ubicación, habitaciones modernas y cómodas. El desayuno es muy completo. Lo peor, por decir algo, es el trato del personal.. un poco seco. En definitiva, el hotel está en pleno centro, detrás del ayuntamiento.

Súper bien ubicado en pleno centro histórico de Luxemburgo y a escasos minutos de las principales atraccions turísticas. Bien comunicado con autobús y tramvia. Como pega quizá la baja insonorización (al menos nuestra habitación daba a la calle y se escuchaba un poco el ruido) y que las habitaciones són un poco pequeñas però muy prácticas, limpias, modernas y funcionales. El desayuno es excelente, completo y variado. Sin duda una opción ideal para tu escapada luxemburguesa !!!
