The front desk service is very friendly. It is very close to the city center and the airport. There are not many types of breakfast. I guess it is like this in Europe. You can consider it if you are on a business trip...

We appreciate that the hotel changed us a room with air-conditioning. The room and the hotel is clean. The staff are polite. I would come to stay at this hotel myself. I would also suggest my friends to stay here. The hotel gives us a good impression of Luxembourg!

I recently stayed at the Novotel in Luxembourg, and I had a wonderful experience. The reception staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They provided great recommendations on places to visit and, even though the hotel was fully booked, they managed to accommodate our request for rooms next to each other, which was a huge plus for our family.
The buffet breakfast was impressive, with a clean and hygienic setup and a wide variety of options. The only suggestion I have is to add labels to each food item, so guests know exactly what’s being served. Despite this minor detail, the breakfast was delicious and satisfying.
The rooms were also very clean and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Luxembourg.

The front desk was very enthusiastic and gave gifts to the children. There are many parking spaces in the parking lot, and you can pay at the front desk! Not far from the door is the bus to the city center, which is free. Very convenient!
