The staff of this hotel is INHOSPITAL. I do not recommend. I always go there before, but since they certainly changed owners it has become ANARCHY. THEY have no sense of welcome, very neglected and especially VERY DIRTY, the air conditioning does not work. I had to contact customer service on Trip for help. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

A very handy place to stay - right next to the train station; room was clean and a lot space for your luggages in the room. Receptionists were very friendly too.

Travelled with my teens to a weekend festival. Hotel was decent, clean and staff where helpful. Mix up @ check in but breakfast was ok once replenished. Would recommend only for a night

Excellent location, a couple o hundred yards from the Dart shuttle train for a four or five minute ride into Luton Airport. we securely parked at the hotel for an extra cost Friendly staff, good clean room. Food choice in the evening limited, the vegetarian curry we had was tasty. Breakfast good. Gym available

First time using hotel. Really impressed, big room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent. Took me 3 mins to get to the airport, and I still had a good one half hours before my 8.35am flight. Definitely would use this hotel again.

The Hotel itself is very good, and for the price, it should be. However, if you are arriving by plane, you have to get the shuttle bus, to the Luton Airport Parkway railway Station and then transverse the station in order to get to the hotel. Alternatively you can take the A bus or the 100, which stops outside the hotel. Nobody tells you this. The breakfast is good.
