電梯，樓道都比較臟，房間洗手間簡陋，積水，感覺應該是給打遊戲的玩通宵，不合適商務或旅遊的住，位置倒是不錯，在怒江邊上。

優點：位置好，離江邊很近，停車方便，周圍吃東西也方便，房間大，床大。
缺點：設施有點簡陋，我住的房間沒有椅子，衹能坐在床上，衞生間沒有毛巾架，也沒有配備衣架，毛巾和衣服都沒地掛。
