Originally, I only planned to stay for two nights to reflect on it before setting off for the next stop. However, it was raining everywhere, so it was better to stay in the mountains and save a lot of travel and travel ~ Lushan Mountain is a pet-friendly scenic spot. Dogs can go into the mountains, and there are towns on the mountains. There are also many aboriginal people~all in all, they are very friendly to dogs! Stay away from the city and gain rare freedom and happiness!
I chose this B&B blindly because the proprietress is also a shit-sweeper. Haha, she made an exception and allowed us to bring our dog in (anyone who loves animals has love). The internal environment is clean and tidy, and they upgraded our room type for free. The toilet in the bathroom is also with us. The top three Zhimushan collections in Changsha are the same model! There is no need for you to do anything, just do your thing😁 There is a regular aunt who comes to clean every morning. Basically, she responds to your requests and gives you a sense of intimacy like returning home! On the day of the summer solstice, I even ate dumplings made by the lady boss herself, which was a bit touching! If every guest staying at her home has needs, she will make one-on-one customization according to the time, weather and travel destinations of the day. There is a stack of Lushan maps printed by herself at the front desk of the store, which is very practical.
Before leaving, he also gave us two packs of Lushan specialty ”tea cakes”, thank you!
I miss the time when she picked up all the customers every day and we went walking the dog together, I miss the hospitable and simple Lushan, I miss the boss lady, I miss Xiaoba, chocolate, ice cream, flowers, Tuan Tuan!

DDanbixieyanyunLocation & Transportation: The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right next to the lower cable car station exit. It's literally less than a minute's walk, right next door.
Service: The service was excellent. After booking, I contacted them in advance, and the manager who answered the phone was incredibly enthusiastic and friendly, making me feel very welcome. They even proactively added me on WeChat to answer all my questions. Upon checkout, they gifted us with a tea cake and some tea leaves.
Room View: Our booked room received a complimentary upgrade to one with a sofa. The floor-to-ceiling window offered a view directly onto a bustling street, with a bus stop, ferry terminal, and even a fire station visible below.
Hygiene: Average. There were mosquitoes in the room.
Restaurant: The restaurant seems to be outsourced and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The owner was very hospitable and even advised us that two dishes would be sufficient for two people. The prices were reasonable.
Room Facilities: Overall, the facilities were a bit lacking. For example, the washing machine and dryer in the laundry room looked very dirty. The outdated facilities are definitely my main complaint about this hotel.
Value for Money: The upgraded room, priced over 600 (on Ctrip), felt quite expensive, especially considering a standard room is over 300, and adding breakfast pushes it to over 400. It's definitely overpriced!!

Rroji188Facilities: The room was clean and the bedding was nice. Although not large, the room didn't feel cramped. However, there was a minor issue with the soundproofing of the room door; any noise from the corridor was clearly audible.
Environment: Lushan truly lives up to its reputation as a perfect summer escape, staying cool even in summer. The hotel is nestled halfway up the mountain, surrounded by lush and beautiful forests.
Breakfast: The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious.
Service: I'd like to give a special shout-out to the excellent service. The shuttle driver was incredibly enthusiastic, introducing us to Lushan's attractions and history throughout the journey. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and even escorted us to our room.
Other: If you're not planning to visit many attractions, you might consider skipping the scenic area shuttle. Taxis from the hotel to places like the museum are metered and only cost a little over ten RMB, which is a more economical option.

The breakfast variety was a bit limited; it would be fantastic if they could rotate the options every couple of days. However, the food itself was always fresh and hygienic. The shuttle service to the cable car was very timely. The staff were also incredibly patient when answering our questions about touring routes. The location is excellent, very close to the lively area, just a 3-5 minute walk away.

You can literally hear the TV and conversations of the neighbors through the walls even if they’re just talking at an acceptable indoor volume. The bathroom is not really clean (toilet, shower mat). The location of the hotel is great except for when it comes to car pickup and drop off. I gave full marks (4x 5 stars) for my 1-night stay in the building, and 90% (2x 4 stars, 2x 5 stars) for my 3-night stay in the wooden cabin. This place was great all-in-all, but do be aware of the big difference between the regular room and the “upgraded” one. Oh, and the duo in the kitchen are a hoot! Loved them! Thank you to Shu Shu and Ayi for all the delicious food. Ask the staff for recommendations as well for what to do and where to go (weather conditions and time permitting). They were all very helpful. Thank you!

GGuest UserMy family went on a Qingming trip. The hotel is very good, with the style of an old-fashioned resort hotel. Breakfast is on the first floor, and Chinese food is on the second floor. If you want to take a hot spring bath, you can change into your swimsuit and walk directly from the hotel. It is very convenient. The service attitude of the front desk is also great, and they are very enthusiastic when you go and leave. I recommend coming again next time.

🏠Location and Transportation: The B&B is right near the cable car, just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel also offers free shuttle service, and the bus transfer is a mere 2-3 minutes' walk away, making it super convenient to get to attractions like Wulao Peak and Sandiequan. Getting around is easy and convenient.
💁♂️Service: The owner is very talkative, cultured, and approachable. He introduced us to local attractions and treated us to high mountain mist tea. Welcome fruit and unlimited sweet soup are available at the front desk. Guests staying at the hotel also receive a free pottery session, and for an additional fee, you can burn paper and have it delivered to your home. It's a truly thoughtful touch.
🌳Garden: The B&B's small courtyard is a true treasure! Well-equipped, Japanese-style, and charming. Sitting in the courtyard for breakfast, the mountain breeze washes away all worries—perfect for relaxing. 🥐Dining: Their farmhouse dishes are incredible. I tried two soups, both of which were absolutely amazing: the stewed pheasant with stone ear mushrooms and the stewed pork ribs with dried cuttlefish. The aunt simmered them over low heat, making them incredibly flavorful. The stir-fried beef and celery were also delicious, and the mixed rice noodles for breakfast were also tasty. I highly recommend trying them. Tip: Book half a day in advance.
🐶: The highlight is the owner's adorable little dog, named Taxue (Taxue) because all four of her paws are red. She's very affectionate and loves me, just as I love her. I'll definitely go back to see her someday.
I sincerely recommend everyone visiting Lushan to try this B&B. Trust me, one stay and you'll love it!
