12月21日下午4點10分預訂，預訂後看到顯示房間可吸煙，由於本人不抽煙，預訂後兩分鐘不到就聯繫客棧退房換一間，一直聯繫不上，衹能和攜程溝通，攜程也聯繫了足足1個小時才聯繫上對方，告知我已超過退房時間，無法退房。真的很無語。那我就想到酒店和老闆溝通再説，傍晚17點40分我到客棧，客棧門口有人等着我上二樓尋找，都沒找到客服，整個環境臟亂差，完全和圖片顯示不同，找了好久都沒有人接待，星期六晚上都這樣的話，平時更加沒人溝通。二樓接待起居我進去後一股發黴的味道，且煙味很重。隨後衹能離開，之後和老闆溝通，老闆提出需要轉賣才能退房，我2分鐘不到就聯繫客服，是客棧客服不接電話。看來好評都是槍手刷出來的，服務真的很差，希望大家預訂的時候想想好。

廁所馬桶沒有蓋子，要伸手到水裡去按，還按不動，廁所窗户打不開，沒有抽風機，弄得廁所很臭通到房間，房間窗户也打不開，氣味難聞，踩雷了，千萬不要住，牯嶺還有其他青旅比它便宜還好住

廬山都很潮濕，木頭風格的慎選，在景區中間，離觀光車換乘站很近，白天去東線西線很方便，節省時間，一天就可以玩完，店裡種了很多多肉，早上太陽很棒，沒辦法太潮濕而且太陽也很難曬到房間裏面，衞生間有些破舊，旺季價格確實很實惠了，

是個有點歷史的老客棧，房間內設施一般，但是有個較大的陽台，這個是我最為滿意的地方，廬山是氣温低，晚上在陽台上坐坐挺愜意的。另外老闆娘人好，見我託家帶口，特意多加兩條小薄被！
