房間在一樓，採光差一些，窗户外是山圍牆。衞生做得還比較乾淨，空間雖小，五臟俱全，像個小套房。晚上睡得不太好，被子巨厚，空調製冷效果又有點差，晚上蓋着就很熱。窗户打開，吹點小電扇要舒服些。服務一般，是個小哥哥。房間隔壁是間咖啡廳，晚上點杯咖啡休息一下，會比較有情調。

環境：有獨立的小院子，門口就是咖啡廳，佈置得非常温馨舒適
服務：前台小哥特別熱情，會來索道口幫忙搬行李，還主動推薦旅遊線路，遊玩攻略。幫忙叫車，處理我們遇到的突發困難也是響應神速，幫了我們很大的忙！

服務：在前台接待客人的雲上歸墅小管家特別認真復責，風趣可愛，給我們提供了非常棒的入住體驗。
環境：咖啡店裡佈置的古香古色，能看到店主人獨到的品味和情調，酒香不怕巷子深，小店雖不易找尋，但絕對值得一去，客來滿酌清尊酒，感興平吟才子詩，空閑時與店主小談，感受到熱情招待以及當地的風土人情和景點介紹，甚至可以和志趣相投的朋友相聚在一起，把小小民宿變成一座隱藏在深山裡的文藝會所
衞生：房間內乾淨衞生，寬敞明亮，該有的洗漱用品等一應俱全，衞生服務態度很好

地點距離索道超級近
到達後前台小哥幫我們把行李箱拎進房間了，後面才知道提前聯繫民宿，會去索道站接我們，給我們帶路，幫拿東西，但是我沒加民宿微信就錯過了，自己找到的。
房間很好看很乾凈很有特色，比我預期的好。我很喜歡房間入口的小桌子
因為第二天的計劃的原因，特別晚的時間還在麻煩民宿工作人員回覆我的問題，（謝謝謝謝謝謝謝）

離索道非常方便，而且鬧中取靜別有洞天，房間和樓下咖啡館都很有審美，此次牯嶺街住的非常滿意，晚上涼爽不用開空調。在咖啡廳喝了一杯dirty，小院裏吹吹風聊聊天簡直太美好了！工作人員也都非常親切熱情！強烈推薦！
