房間是頂層，但不熱。裝修比較新，休養院格局，床也比較舒服，衞生比較乾淨。像老牌四星級酒店。
有個烘乾機，但是要投幣，這年頭誰帶硬幣啊，前台在另一個樓，爬上跑下也夠😮💨的。沒有電梯。
到了東線卡扣站下，要再走兩個摺疊路上去，酒店沒有車，無法接送。
看日出沒有想象的方便，要走路40分鐘。
含鄱口風景很好。
早餐還行，老牌三星級水平。

酒店設施設備還算可以，但早餐還是差了點，不僅菜品單一，而且包子饅頭等食物都是冷的（沒有加熱設備），建議改進一下。

設施：不算太新，比較潔凈，在二樓有晾曬衣服的空地和竹竿

我們要的180度觀景房，顯然他們給別人了，説給我們升級，給了兩張大床兩個卧室，但是對於我們出遊來説純屬浪費。多的一間房和一張床也沒人住。感覺不太好。

環境優美，四周松林環繞，非常安靜，真是個適合療養的好地方。可以步行去含鄱口看日出，離盧林湖也不遠。想要去牯嶺街可以坐公交、觀光車、出租車、網約車，牯嶺街雖然吃住方便但商業化氣息太濃了。
