特大驚喜:剛辦入住即升級為景觀房（帶浴缸），前台服務笑臉相迎，有問必答，細心周到。接送師付熱心幫忙拎行李，對我們老年人是最大的幫助。
房間設施完全是5星級的標準，寬敞明亮，乾淨安靜。電視機開關設定簡單，很好。
早自助非常豐富，品種多樣，餐廳安排合理，座位舒適，環境一流，服務到位。

親子游，幾家人一起，帶着小朋友入住廬山賓館，非常滿意。首先是具有歷史厚重感，住宿的樓棟都是歷史名人舊居。其次，晚上非常安靜，睡覺舒服。第三，離吃飯的步行街也近，走過去不到十分鐘。最後表揚下前台的小哥哥小姐姐，招待非常熱情，還給我們送了早餐，非常熱心。

廬山之行因為住在廬山賓館感覺很完美。對酒店非常滿意，位置方便也幽靜，步行去牯嶺街不遠，離景交車站也很近。房間寬敞，服務非常好讓人覺得很温暖。早餐豐富，湯粉很好吃。唯一建議是如果房間裏可以放東西的桌子或者枱麪增加一點兒會更好。

總體很滿意，衝著領導人住過來的，之前定的松風房型，實在是太小了，撐死十幾個平方，説句不好聽的轉身都困難，還要爬很多台階，第二天果斷換了星空大多了，但是爬過三疊泉腿啊上下樓太具挑戰，早飯不錯，特別喜歡湯粉，每個工作人員的服務態度都很棒！有求必應，接駁車師傅人很好，最後一天退房離高鐵時間很多，還推薦我帶小孩去哪裡再玩一下，取行李的時候酒店前台還送給小孩伴手禮。酒店鬧中取靜，靠牯嶺街不遠，靠美廬更近
