The most amazing place on this trip to Henan turned out to be this B&B. I accidentally saw this B&B on Ctrip. Our family of three booked a family room. It took about ten minutes by car from Longmen Grottoes to reach the B&B. It covers a very large area, and it can be seen that a lot of investment has been made. There are independent parking spaces and charging piles. As soon as we got off the car, a puppy greeted us and led us to the front desk. Even the puppy knew the limits very well and kept walking and stopping while waiting for us. The first wave of surprises! ! ! Entering the hotel, both the exterior and interior are full of design. The room area is very impressive. It is a duplex structure. The most considerate thing is that the children's room upstairs also has a separate dry and wet toilet and shower room. The service is also excellent. I have stayed in many high-end homestays, but I was really surprised to live in such an environment and service at this price. It's common knowledge that hotel rates skyrocket during popular concerts. Yet, the rate I booked in advance for this hotel didn't increase by a single penny at check-in! They genuinely didn't try to price-gouge because of the concert, which is incredibly rare and honorable these days. My opinion of them instantly soared. Next up is their thoughtful approach to transportation. They reimbursed the taxi fares to and from the high-speed rail station! The front desk casually mentioned it during check-in, and it was quickly processed upon check-out with my receipts. After the concert, I was completely exhausted, so not having to fret about the cost of getting back to the station was a huge relief and a real energy-saver. The stay itself was incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious and bright, and most importantly, impeccably clean! The bedding was crisp, and the bathroom was spotless. The environment was quiet, and the soundproofing was excellent, which meant I could get a really good rest after the concert – absolutely crucial for a concert-goer. The overall impression was one of neatness, comfort, and peace of mind. What really added to the experience were the complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby! I could pop down anytime to grab a beverage or a little bite to eat, which was particularly handy when coming back late at night or before heading out. It's not fine dining, of course, but these small, thoughtful touches made me feel incredibly welcome and at ease. But the absolute highlight for me was their 'late-night noodle' service. After the concert, I got back to the hotel close to midnight, feeling both cold and famished. I'd heard about this service and decided to inquire, and to my surprise, they promptly brought me a steaming hot bowl of noodle soup. It was just a simple bowl of noodles, but at that moment of exhaustion and hunger, a spoonful of hot broth instantly warmed me from the inside out – it was incredibly restorative. This kind of thoughtful, genuine care truly made all the difference. To sum it all up: This hotel's performance during the concert period genuinely surpassed all expectations. Their fair pricing was a testament to their integrity, the reimbursed transport was incredibly thoughtful, the clean environment was a given, their attentive service showed their commitment, the free snacks were a lovely convenience, and that late-night bowl of noodles was truly heart-warming and made a lasting impression! There were no unnecessary frills, just these tangible benefits that made me feel my money was well spent and my stay incredibly comfortable. The next time I'm in Luoyang, I will absolutely stay here again! I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone attending a concert!
