Very nice hotel and helpful staff. The housekeeping aunty was friendly. The hotel will send robot to deliver fruits on your first day. I luv the TV and toilet bowl which come with heated seat and electric bidet. The laundry room was also fantastic. Overall I’m very impressed with this hotel except for the afternoon tea provision is kind of disappointing.

Luoyang has been on my to travel list for a long time, and this time Xu Song's concert accelerated the trip. Whether it is the boiling soup, the chewy noodles or the enthusiastic people, they all add color to this city besides Longmen Grottoes and White Horse Temple. In order to experience the local five-star hotel, we booked accommodation at Luoyang International Hotel. Ms. Huang actively contacted the concert pick-up and drop-off. Master Kong, the hotel's concert car driver, was patient and dedicated to the pick-up even at night, which provided great convenience for our trip to Luoyang. It warmed people's hearts on a cool and refreshing weekend. It is difficult for a private enterprise to run a hotel to truly make guests feel at home. The ancient capital of thirteen dynasties, the people of Zhongzhou, the peony wind and moon have been passed down for thousands of years, and the Yiluo River has been flowing for a long time. Luoyang, no period!

We booked this hotel for 2 nights because it is new and next to the Luoshenfu performance next door. Excellent hotel. So beautiful and spacious rooms with separate bathroom and toilet. Way beyond our expectations. Nice bath tub, shower room, projector TV, coffee machine with complimentary cookies and fruits and complimentary drinks in mini-bar. Robot delivering bottled water when requested. Absolutely love the hotel and wish we stayed longer. We will book this hotel again if we visit Luoyang. Chinese Restaurant had tremendous value. Delicious 9 course dinner including steam fish and lobster, taste really good. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant on both nights. The first night we were thoroughly impressed with the private dining room with ensuite toilet. Breakfast with good international selection of Chinese and Western options. Definitely the best hotel of our 2 weeks stay in China. Now we have a great impression of Luoyang because of the hotel. Only feedback is that it will be good if the toilet and bathroom lights can be separate so that at night when sleeping, guests can just switch on the toilet light and leave the rest of the room dark. Current dim light switch leaves bathroom still quite bright and glaring when sleeping. Other than this minor point, this hotel really wonderful and definitely a great hotel to stay in Luoyang!

Certainly a 5 star hotel in every respect. Excellent generous breakfast daily, refreshments in room, dinner was of the highest standard. Rooms lavishly appointed. Mr Hon from the concierge is very helpful in English, Korean, Japanese and Chinese. All the staff were brilliant. A must stay for any international traveller. Alex from Sydney Australia.

The hotel is located in the city gate of Lijingmen. The location is very good and it is very convenient to go anywhere. There is a snack street below the hotel. Since I have a baby, I usually don't stay in a homestay because I am afraid it is not clean. Liyin and Guang are in good condition and are as clean as regular hotels. In addition, the front desk staff Juanjuan is also very enthusiastic. She also helped to take care of the baby for a while and sent a raw coconut latte. There are snacks and yogurt when I return to the hotel at night. It is worth recommending.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Clean, good service and friendly staff. Good breakfast. On arrival a plate of fruit and pastries on day of checkout. 20 minutes walk to the Ming and Tang scenic area. 5 minutes walk to bus and metro station that links to all scenic routes. Highly recommended for all travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

It was a rainy day when I came to Luoyang for the first time. I asked the front desk if there was a dry cleaner nearby. I didn’t expect that this hotel actually had a laundry room with an ironing machine and a dryer. They helped me solve the problem. I was very satisfied. Accommodation experience. My friend came to Luoyang for a trip. I booked this hotel for him on Ctrip. It is close to the high-speed rail station, the museum, and the ruins of the Sui and Tang Dynasties. The key point is that the room is cleaned very well. The service attitude from the front desk to the cleaning staff is also very good. I don't know what brand of mattress this store uses. I slept well all night for 10,000 yuan. I am very satisfied.
