Great hotel in a great central location. Hotel is modern and clean. Rooms are well appointed, quiet, extremely clean and beds and beddings very comfortable. Breakfast has just the right balance between variety and quality. Front desk organized a tour for me to Longmen Grottoes and Shaolin Temple without any hassle. It's a short 10 to 15 minutes Didi ride to just about anywhere in Luoyang and I enjoyed the food court at the mall just across the road from the hotel. Will definitely stay again if I'm in Luoyang.

In a word - WOW. This hotel is exceptional. This was not only one of the best hotels we stayed at in China, it also qualifies as one of the top 10 hotels we have ever stayed at globally. The staff is incredible, the amenities are top notch and the hotel is located walking distance from the high speed rail train station in Luoyang. We ate at the casual bar/ restaurant and the breakfast buffet during our stay. The food was perfectly prepared and delicious with lots of variety and dishes to choose from. From what we understand, this hotel is quite new. I really hope they continue to uphold the impressive level of service and comfort that we experienced. Some staff members speak a little English and the others use translation apps, everyone is very helpful. We have nothing but praise for this hotel and their excellent staff.

The hotel has convenient transportation and is very close to the high-speed rail station. It is a good choice for weekends or weekdays to relax and relax.

The B&B has a beautiful environment, the rooms are simple and stylish, the 4-person room is very spacious, with two bedrooms and one living room, and the price is moderate. Free parking, clean and hygienic dining environment. The front desk service details are very good, and the service awareness and attitude are very good! Helped solve the problem of using the house, and gave suggestions for scenic spots and meals, so that many detours were avoided. 800 meters walk from Longmen Grottoes!

The service staff was very nice. I didn't like the purple vine curtains, so they changed them to blue for me. It was great! The room was full these days, and the dried petals were out of stock. The flowers I ordered, the tableware and drinks I ordered for dinner in the evening took more than an hour to be delivered. There was no tableware when it was delivered, and they said they were out of stock. There were disposable chopsticks, but I couldn't wait any longer. I went outside the room and saw the waiter delivering things, so I asked for chopsticks. The main reason was that there were too many people, and the delivery had to be arranged.

The room is large and clean, and the service is friendly. A car wash coupon was given upon check-in, but unfortunately the car wash was closed during the Spring Festival, so we were unable to wash the car. The location is convenient for transportation, very close to Line 1 Mudan Square Station, and it is very convenient to go to Yingtianmen North Gate, Tiantang, and Mingtang Main Gate. Yingtianmen South Gate is the entrance, where you can see the ruins of the Sui and Tang Dynasty city, and there is a light show at the North Gate at night.

There are charging piles in the parking lot downstairs, and there are plenty of them. The rooms are clean, tidy and stylish. The front desk staff are all very nice, warm and thoughtful. I will choose to stay here next time when I come to Luoyang. The highlight is that you can wash your car for free if you become a member, and there are delicious flower cakes as souvenirs! The first time I wrote a small composition on Trip.com , it was really because I was so satisfied with this stay. It is no exaggeration to say that my boyfriend and I agreed: this is the most comfortable place we have ever stayed in (whether it is a homestay or a hotel). We are Singaporeans, afraid of the cold, at the beginning of Luoyang to book another homestay, the air conditioning in the homestay is not warm enough, we have a cold again, especially uncomfortable. Later, I came to see the comment that the heating of this homestay was very sufficient and well-equipped, so I chose to come and see it. The boss personally took us to see the room around, and when we saw the layout of the room, plus the boss's hearty enthusiasm, and very reasonable price, we booked a room here on the spot and retired the previous homestay. I don't regret it after I live in. Although the previous homestay was closer to Cross Street and more lively around, this homestay was really good in all aspects. 1) The bed is very large, the pillow sheets and so on are particularly comfortable. The whole room is very spacious, the lighting effect is particularly good, and it is a fight with the high-end hotel. 2) Large projection screen, watching movies at night is particularly cool. 3) The bathroom is large and tidy. And the water pressure is very strong, and the bath is particularly comfortable in winter. 4) The service attitude is very good. The boss knows that we are afraid of cold. He directly added a heater. The room is very warm. Later, we all feel hot and sometimes we don't open it. 😂 5) Breakfast is delicious. Freshly ground soy milk, cakes, millet porridge, tea eggs, vegetables and fruits are all complete. Simple nutrition and delicious. We didn't like to get up early, but for breakfast, we just stepped on it at 8:30 every day. 6) Folk cat is so cute! Really see the cat every day to full of happiness. We also hugged into the room (after consent). 7) Although the location of the homestay seems not near the attractions, the overall location is still good. It is convenient to take a taxi to Baima Temple, Longmen Grottoes and other attractions. The restaurants recommended by the surrounding boss are also delicious.
