Checked in smoothly. Front desk staff were cheerful, helpful and friendly. Giving us lots of suggestions and information for places of interest. Rooms are bright and clean. Comfortable beds. We rested well. Food street just across the road. Plenty of choices. Metro is nearby. Overall a great stay. Highly recommended.

Amazing, perfect!! Stayed here for 6 nights with my aunt on a holiday to Luo Yang. We initially booked for 3 nights but extended further when we arrived. Everything was amazing - the hosts are very warm and helpful, room is modern and clean, amazing breakfast included, beautiful view over the river. The location is perfect - a short walk to the old town, a little quieter oasis away from the crowds and easier to get taxis to other sites and museums. The hotel helped us to book a one day trip to Lao Jun mountain, the travel agency was organized and everything went very smoothly- we had a great time! Some very nice extra touches like snacks in the room, daily cleaning service and hanfu clothing you can wear around town - included in the room. Would highly recommend!!!

Very nice theme room with excellent services. They use wechat to communicate and usually instant response. I have requested extra bottle waters, toothbrushes, nail clip, shave and etc all delivered to our room in 5 to 10mins. Excellent services. Keep up good work.

I absolutely cannot tell you how much I loved this hotel. If you can believe it I think it might have been the highlight of our trip so far. We were picked up at the station by a car, and taken to the hotel. On arrival Feng Yi, the bellboy provided us with warm towels and tea whilst we checked in. We were on the 17th floor, facing the peony plaza. The room was spacious, and with water, tea, fruit and even bags of candies, as a personalised note welcoming us. Then as if it could get any more lovely at night we were provided with yogurt and Li tang before bed. The breakfast was wonderful and diverse. My only point to note, and this is really something we have noticed on this trip to China, is that very few staff, including the desk staff speak English. Luckily, I was able to communicate through wechat and voice translator. That said, I speak some Mandarin so that also helped. But the staff we attentive, kind, welcoming, warm and it was thanks to them that we had such a wonderful time in Luoyang.

I highly recommend this hotel. First of all, the location is very convenient. I am very satisfied with the service attitude of the front desk staff. When they saw that I had a lot of luggage, they personally helped me take the luggage to the room. Because I was traveling with my parents, they upgraded my 1.2-meter twin bed room to a 1.35-meter twin bed room for free, and gave me a free breakfast. When I checked out, they also prepared a snack for me. This kind of heartwarming service is very touching. The hotel is clean and sanitary. It is my best choice when I go to Luoyang in the future!

This stay was really great! The hotel is very considerate. There are tea and coffee at the front desk. You can choose any of them. As soon as you enter the door, you can feel the warmth and enthusiasm. The room is very large and very convenient and comfortable! The bedding is clean and soft, and the sound insulation is also very good. I slept very well at night. In short, from service to facilities, it is impeccable. I highly recommend it! I will come again next time!

Room 01 is an excellent room type. You can watch the first sunset in Luoyang. The afterglow of the sunset and the lights on constitute the magnificent street view of Zhongzhou Middle Road. The ideal geographical location is just off Exit D of Jiefang Road Subway Station. Wangfujing Department Store is nearby and there is a snack street downstairs, making it very convenient for eating, staying and traveling. The rich breakfast has a variety of types, combining local characteristics with popular tastes.

This hotel is in good sanitary conditions, the room is clean and tidy, the room is very quiet, the hotel facilities are very complete, the central air-conditioning is superb for the family! The hotel in Licheng System, I believe everyone should not be unfamiliar. This is a newly opened hotel in Luoyang this year. The overall number of rooms and the room environment are still very good. It is not too far from the subway station and the ancient city. There are many foods near the hotel. There is a time-honored beef soup shop downstairs and a food street opposite, which is very convenient! Room facilities: 1, the TV can cast screen, the TV screen is very large, watching the movie is very comfortable. 2. I think the only thing that is not very good is that the bathroom door is a transparent glass door, directly facing the door, the door is a bit embarrassing, you can see directly, it is a bit inconvenient in the double room! Hotel breakfast: Personally feel that it is generally the same, it is recommended to eat outside, there are many delicious shops near the hotel.
