The hotel service was absolutely exceptional, to the point where you almost feel pampered! First off, they offer an airport/train station pick-up and drop-off service. For pick-up, they hold a sign, and upon entering the car, you're offered refreshing towels, special peony cakes, and sliced fruit. Inside the hotel, nearly all staff members—from the buffet service to housekeeping, and even staff just passing by—demonstrated an incredibly high level of service awareness. The only exception was two rather arrogant front desk ladies on one particular day, whose attitude was quite dismissive. Breakfast was also fantastic, which we thoroughly enjoyed. My dad was especially pleased with the salmon, and there was a wide variety of snacks available daily. On our second day, upon returning to our room after a stroll, the housekeeping staff noticed I had hand-washed some intimate apparel. She thoughtfully left a sweet note, along with some laundry detergent and hair ties. It was incredibly heartwarming! We also received small gifts every day – I got two fridge magnets, a small mirror, and a Labubu keychain. My husband joked that I was completely won over by all the little presents, but honestly, that's not the whole story; I genuinely feel the overall experience far exceeded its value for money.

Prior to our stay at the hotel they were easy to communicate with about arranging for us to be picked up from the airport and when we arrived lovely Wang Jie was waiting for us and took us to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel the reception desk people were friendly and helpful though had no English. In the end we borrowed a Chinese-Australia powerpoint adaptor from other guests as the hotel didn't have any to lend. During our time in Luoyang we stayed at the hotel twice (we travelled to Songshan in between) and so we saw two of the hotel's rooms. Both were large, clean and comfortable. The first had a big window over looking the canal. The second had a smalled window but compensated with a bathtub. Each evening the concierge would ask us what was wanted from the breakfast menu and, between 7am and 9am, what time did we want it brought to our room. There is a washing machine available for use, free of charge, as well as laundry liquid. It didn't clean our clothes super well but did a good enough job. Guest clothes can then be hung on the balcony of the third floor to dry. The icing on top of our lovely stay at the hotel was the driver Shmile who drove us to Songshan (for 200RMB - so more expensive than a Didi there) and around Luoyang. What made her so great was her conversational English skills and her happiness to tell us about life in Luoyang and give us insights that we couldn't get from museums and plaques. Overall a great hotel that is close to Luoyi Ancient city and that is foreigner friendly.

Five-star praise, the location is very easy to find, and it's very close to the subway station, so it's very convenient to come here. What surprised me most about this store is the service. Although I encountered some minor problems, the staff kept apologizing and helping to solve them. They really put customers first. For this rare atmosphere and service, I must also give a good review, great! There are very large floor-to-ceiling windows with good air circulation and very good conditions. This is one of my favorite platforms because I can always find a lot of novel stores here, which is great! I would like to give it five stars because the scenery is very attentive and it's great! It's very interesting and very suitable for experiencing it with your partner and unlocking new stores. I will come again next time if I have time. The hotel's hardware facilities are very good. It is worth mentioning that the service staff are of high quality. It was a very satisfying experience. The store area is very large. The environment is really nice and the price is really not expensive! Go for it!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance of attractions. I particularly loved its unique and stylish decor. **Amenities:** The facilities are comprehensive and feature smart devices. **Environment:** The surroundings are superb, with a full range of amenities nearby, including large supermarkets, a bustling snack street, and a subway station, making it incredibly convenient. There are also plenty of local transport options right outside the hotel. **Service:** The service was exceptional. From the security guard at the entrance who skillfully directed parking, to the warm welcome and efficient check-in at the front desk, and the meticulous cleaning by the housekeeping staff – it's evident that the hotel is genuinely dedicated to its guests. **Exquisite Afternoon Tea:** The afternoon tea was generous and featured Luoyang's special Haibi soda, along with delicate pastries. **Aoweisi Fitness Personal Training Experience:** The coach was very professional and provided patient guidance.

The service was excellent, and the room was exceptionally spacious and very modern, featuring voice-activated lights, automatic curtains, and a smart toilet. I was thoroughly impressed. The location is fantastic for sightseeing. Both the Tianzi Jialiu Museum and the Tiantang & Mingtang historic site, along with Yingtian Gate, are within easy walking distance. There's a subway station just a two-minute walk away, and plenty of delicious local eateries nearby. I'll definitely book this hotel again on my next trip to Luoyang. The housekeeping staff were also very kind; the handwritten note they left was a lovely, thoughtful touch.

We recently checked into the Liangyi Xunji Chinese Courtyard B&B with our kids, and we absolutely fell in love with it! 💗 The antique courtyard is incredibly charming, with picturesque views at every turn, and the cleanliness is impeccable—spotless even in the smallest nooks and crannies ✨. The facilities are comprehensive and thoughtfully designed, so much so that our kids didn't want to leave! The service is truly exceptional; the staff are wonderfully warm and enthusiastic, responding to any request instantly! Its location is fantastic, just steps away from Shizijie Night Market and Luoyi Ancient City, making it super convenient for exploring, dining, and sightseeing. A subway entrance is also right nearby 🚇. For a family trip, especially with children, this place is an absolute winner—you can't go wrong! I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone, and we'll definitely be back!

Loved the way the room was set up — a charming little space with a tatami mat perfect for enjoying tea. The ambience of the room is classy and inviting. The room attendants were also very helpful and polite, making our stay even more pleasant. The breakfast offered a wide variety of healthy and delicious options, which we thoroughly enjoyed each morning. The location is excellent, just a few steps from Lijingmen station, and very central to many attractions and points of interest. Overall, we had a wonderful 4-night stay and would gladly choose this hotel again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

I absolutely cannot tell you how much I loved this hotel. If you can believe it I think it might have been the highlight of our trip so far. We were picked up at the station by a car, and taken to the hotel. On arrival Feng Yi, the bellboy provided us with warm towels and tea whilst we checked in. We were on the 17th floor, facing the peony plaza. The room was spacious, and with water, tea, fruit and even bags of candies, as a personalised note welcoming us. Then as if it could get any more lovely at night we were provided with yogurt and Li tang before bed. The breakfast was wonderful and diverse. My only point to note, and this is really something we have noticed on this trip to China, is that very few staff, including the desk staff speak English. Luckily, I was able to communicate through wechat and voice translator. That said, I speak some Mandarin so that also helped. But the staff we attentive, kind, welcoming, warm and it was thanks to them that we had such a wonderful time in Luoyang.

I must praise the room I booked this time. The room rates in Luoyang during the National Day holiday were very high. I spent a lot of time choosing this hotel. The location of this hotel is very good and the price is reasonable. It is not far from Jiuzhou Pond, Yingtian Gate, and Tiantang Mingtang. It is about 2 kilometers away. You can get there by bike or electric bike. There is a subway station one kilometer away. It takes 7 stops to reach Longmen High-speed Railway Station. Not far from Xigong Street is Xiaojie Tianfu and other restaurants. It is very convenient to eat. The best thing is that there are two single beds and a bunk bed in the room, which is very friendly for a family of 3 or 4 people. The bathroom is very flush! It is very comfortable to take a shower. The best thing is the lighting system. The interface is simple and easy to operate. Unlike some hotels, you have to press this and that for a long time. There is a voice-controlled sensor light at the door of the bathroom, which is very convenient for people like me who get up at night. There are many types of breakfast, and the children like it very much. I compared it with various things before. The exterior photos look quite old, and I am still worried. In fact, it is quite good inside and very clean. During the National Day holiday, breakfast was served at 6:30 in advance. We also had breakfast on the day we left to catch the train. I will stay here again.

Pros: Just opened, facilities are new and complete; about 8-9 minutes walk from Jiefang Road subway station, surrounded by Wangfujing shopping district; very quiet, the courtyard is very elegant; service staff are very considerate and have good attitudes Cons: Opened in April, so although there is a Honeywell air purifier in the room, the smell is still a bit strong (it is recommended to open the door for ventilation on hot days when there are not many insects 😭) People with sensitive smells should avoid it! If you come next year, I think it will be ok ps: I forgot to take a photo of the room, and the one point deducted for hygiene is not because of hygiene, but because of the new decoration smell 😭
