Hotels in Downtown Area, Luoyang

Stay here for 5 nights. The location was great, it's just beside a main road and a food street/night market just opposite it. My room was clean and big, everything is in order. Room was on higher floor (8018) and facing rear view with a magnificent view of “Luoyang Broadcast Tower” which will lit up at night. There are room for improvement for the restaurant's facilities and service. Breakfast is typical China meals, but not much variety for selection, as well as the afternoon tea. Overall, it was a great hotel.

We had a great time!, the owner and staff is very friendly and helpful to answer any questions. The room was also very nice and clean. The location of the homestay is also convenient (with a great feel), it’s very close to the ancient city and has a small park directly nearby which offers a nice scenic route. The breakfast selection is good and will be delivered to the room. We had a great and very relaxing stay. Thanks! :)

The location of this place is close to center and MRT. We can go to attractive places easily. The cleanliness and amenities are perfect. Breakfast is quite good compare with price. The staff are very kind and helpfull even they can't speak english but they use google translate to communicate. I strongly recommend this hotel

I absolutely cannot tell you how much I loved this hotel. If you can believe it I think it might have been the highlight of our trip so far. We were picked up at the station by a car, and taken to the hotel. On arrival Feng Yi, the bellboy provided us with warm towels and tea whilst we checked in. We were on the 17th floor, facing the peony plaza. The room was spacious, and with water, tea, fruit and even bags of candies, as a personalised note welcoming us. Then as if it could get any more lovely at night we were provided with yogurt and Li tang before bed. The breakfast was wonderful and diverse. My only point to note, and this is really something we have noticed on this trip to China, is that very few staff, including the desk staff speak English. Luckily, I was able to communicate through wechat and voice translator. That said, I speak some Mandarin so that also helped. But the staff we attentive, kind, welcoming, warm and it was thanks to them that we had such a wonderful time in Luoyang.

I had a very happy stay. The service was very good. I stayed for several days. Luoyang is a nice place. I will come again in the future. The room is in a good location, with a good layout and complete facilities. I recommend it to everyone. I will come back and choose this hotel in the future.

The rooms are well worth their price. They are clean, spacious and very luminous. The Hotel is very well located but it is right in front of an enormous street (think double four lines + an over bridge) and it remains noisy event at night. The breakfast is nothing like the pictures (almost no food options, very small quantities available, no tea, coffee only available in the lobby) and served in a windowless backroom. Quite disappointing. We unfortunately had to deal with some talks from other guests behind our backs (trying to guess our nationalities, commenting on our appearances, etc.), to which someone from the cleaning crew decided to take part in. It was very unpleasant.

This is a very nice hotel which is great value for money. The location is great, just around the corner from a large mall (Wangfujing) and lots of restaurants nearby. I especially recommend the little place with 'Chinese Hamburger' on the sign on the road behind the hotel building - they have an English menu and do great roujiamo - they even have a vegetarian 'sujiamo'! We got an upgrade on check in and the room was spacious and comfortable. The cleaners and reception staff were generally polite and helpful. The breakfast was Chinese but was fresh, different every day, and any food that ran out at busy times was always quickly replenished. The free laundry was very convenient and the machines were easy to use. We did have two issues which made staying there a bit inconvenient though. The first was that when the underground car park was full cars could no longer get past the barrier, meaning they couldn't drive up to reception. This was a problem since the road outside was flooded and meant that we had to load and unload suitcases while standing in deep puddles in the pouring rain. The second issue was the keycards: every day we would come back to our room and the keycard wouldn't work. We complained at reception every single day about this issue but it was never resolved.

- The location is great, just in front of a metro station, and the metro station is the one where the only 2 metro lines intersect. There are many shops and things to eat around. - The room was in general clean. However, the hotel's corridors were extremely dirty... the carpet in the corridors going to the rooms was very dirty, it looks like a vacuum cleaner is not used there since weeks ago... The mobiliary in the corridors is covered in dust as well. - The breakfast is not bad, but I found a hair in my rice... the first day there was a microwave completely covered in dust. The next day was cleaned. - The staff does not speak English at all, not a word... and they don't make the minimum effort to help you to understand what they are saying. I have stayed in many hotels in China, normally they use apps for translation to communicate with you. In this hotel, they don't even try.

The hotel is easy to find, the environment is good, the surrounding scenic spots are very close, and the transportation is convenient. We left something in the room after checking out, and the front desk lady also informed us in time. The service attitude is good. It was a great experience^ ^

The room was nice, with a new Chinese style. The front desk service was okay. There was a middle-aged woman who checked in at the same time. She asked the girl at the front desk for a breakfast coupon and asked her to write a good review. She had problems with the room before and the store manager agreed to it. When I asked her when she lived and which room, no one could answer. When they saw her taking 2 breakfast coupons, the two of them were so happy that they really wanted to go to the ****. It was so disgusting. I just missed it. Take a bowl and go to Yingtianmen
