Hotels in Peony Square/Wanda Plaza Area, Luoyang

I absolutely cannot tell you how much I loved this hotel. If you can believe it I think it might have been the highlight of our trip so far. We were picked up at the station by a car, and taken to the hotel. On arrival Feng Yi, the bellboy provided us with warm towels and tea whilst we checked in. We were on the 17th floor, facing the peony plaza. The room was spacious, and with water, tea, fruit and even bags of candies, as a personalised note welcoming us. Then as if it could get any more lovely at night we were provided with yogurt and Li tang before bed. The breakfast was wonderful and diverse. My only point to note, and this is really something we have noticed on this trip to China, is that very few staff, including the desk staff speak English. Luckily, I was able to communicate through wechat and voice translator. That said, I speak some Mandarin so that also helped. But the staff we attentive, kind, welcoming, warm and it was thanks to them that we had such a wonderful time in Luoyang.

The room is large and clean, and the service is friendly. A car wash coupon was given upon check-in, but unfortunately the car wash was closed during the Spring Festival, so we were unable to wash the car. Very considerate, a welcome fruit plate and a thank you gift for staying. The location is convenient for transportation, very close to Line 1 Mudan Square Station, and it is very convenient to go to Yingtianmen North Gate, Tiantang, and Mingtang Main Gate. Yingtianmen South Gate is the entrance, where you can see the ruins of the Sui and Tang Dynasty city, and there is a light show at the North Gate at night.

When traveling to Luoyang, I first arranged my accommodation and chose the Magpie Hotel for the convenience of parking! I went early in the morning and checked in directly. The service staff was very attentive and helped to carry my luggage to the room. The room was clean and well-equipped. I spent two days in Luoyang and it was quite late when I came back to clean up. The front desk also extended the check-out for free. The hotel is good. , the scenery in Luoyang is even more beautiful, I am very satisfied with my trip to Luoyang!

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic breakfast. We were a little frustrated at check in as we had paid for a more expensive room that wasn't ready on time so they tried to give us a lower end room under the false claim that it was an upgrade when it was in fact a downgrade. Additionally the pool was a public one located off site from the hotel. It was a nice facility but it would have been good to know as I almost went in my bathrobe which would have been an awkward walk around the block. With this minor issues we still had a nice and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is really stylish. The decoration design is my favorite type. The location is also good. There is Wangfujing Shopping Center nearby. You can get a variety of delicious soups within a five-minute walk. There is also a potsticker restaurant nearby that is particularly good. The food was good, the service attitude was good, and we were introduced to various travel routes. The room was also very clean, especially the bed, which was just right soft and hard, and I slept very soundly.

The decoration style of the hotel is very simple and elegant, the rooms are very clean, and the smart appliances in the rooms are very convenient. It is really great for people who are tired from traveling to save energy. The breakfast is very rich, mainly pasta, which is a great way to start the day with energy. The only drawback is that the drinks are too simple, only soy milk, milk, and mocha. After finishing the porridge, I went to get a drink and they were gone. Maybe it’s because there are so many people on holidays.

不得不説，本次住宿是我體驗感最好、最稱心的一次。原因有一下幾點：1、入住很快，房間非常舒適，價格不貴，環境非常不錯，房間乾淨整潔，入住首選！2、酒店服務非常好，很熱情，服務態度特別棒，衞生很乾凈，附近商户很多，既有大型商場，又有特色小吃，出入很方便，整體十分舒適。3、房間乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便，服務好的沒話説，熱情，效率高，基本有求必應，主要是房價實惠，住的很滿意！衞生間乾濕分離，酒店帶有全自動洗衣烘乾設備，店前台很熱情，室內衞生乾淨，很安靜，房間隔音挺好，不影響睡眠。 注意！最重要的一點！酒店融入地域文化，住店提供免費漢服、漆扇體驗。喜歡的小夥伴不要錯過！

This hotel is on the top of a 30-level office complex, it is not very close to the town center, it takes about 15-20 minutes taxi to the old town tourist area. However, the room size and the design are at the 4-star levels; all the hotel staff is well-trained and polite with an unlimited supply of bottled drinking water which I consume at least 5-6 bottles every day. I was on a trip and used the room as my remote office for a week and it is quiet and pleasant.

During the Spring Festival of the Year of the Snake, my friend and his family of three came to Luoyang to visit relatives. When we checked into the hotel lobby, we saw the peony flowers that were originally in bloom in April. The New Year's festive atmosphere was strong. The room was very clean, tidy, warm and comfortable, and the children were given small New Year gifts. The hotel has convenient transportation, and it is very convenient and fast to go to the attractions. It is comfortable to stay away from home, and the travel experience feels immediately upgraded.

The room was large and tidy. The family of three lived very comfortably. The hotel staff have a strong sense of service and are very friendly. I like the industrial style of the hotel. You can also watch seasonal movies for free every day. This time I am traveling by car, and there is security guard every time I go out. It also reminds you whether to scan the QR code to receive the parking ticket. In short, the accommodation experience is super great!
