We went for lunch, and upon returning, wanting a drink, we found that one of our two rooms smelled of smoke, and in the other, the cups were visibly dirty with dust, black spots, and marks on the rim, likely left uncleaned because the staff assumed the previous guest hadn't used them. Ambiance: The environment is excellent. The entire hotel feels very comfortable, with a pleasant aroma and a clean, inviting atmosphere. Service: My dedicated concierge was incredibly reliable. Any issues I brought to her attention received immediate feedback.
