Conveniently located at the center of the city, the hotel is close to supermarkets, shopping malls and with Luckin coffee and KFC right next door. Room is always clean and tidy. Special thank you to Cuixia Xu for the soothing chrysanthemum tea and client manager Xiao Xin for taking care of us so well during our stay.

Facilities: Neat and comprehensive. I worry about clothes not drying when I go out. This hotel has a dryer and the cleaning is very timely.
Environment: The surrounding area is relatively quiet, less than 1 km from the subway, and far away from the city
Service: The service is very good. The lady at the front desk, Liang, is very gentle. Xiaoxiao and Yanzi helped us answer many questions. They also told us that we can rent Hanfu for free with only a deposit.
Service: Special thanks to the uncle at the door. He was very considerate and even went to the door to help guide us in case we didn’t know how to get to the subway.
PS: If you need takeout, you must be sure to locate it accurately. There are two locations. Don't order the one called Guohua Road store, which is Yizhi Hotel.

Thanks to Henan Tourism for issuing the coupons, and thanks to the hotel for upgrading to a king-size bed room with window. The price-performance ratio is amazing. It is the most cost-effective hotel for this trip!
Facilities: The only minor problem is that the bathroom floor drain is a bit slow, and it will overflow if you take a shower for too long. Everything else is good, the air conditioning is also powerful, and there is a free laundry room. I am used to bringing my own laundry detergent, but I can also use the one in the store. There is also a dryer, so I don't have to worry about my clothes not drying.

Hotel located in a fantastic position, in a Hutong with an internal courtyard, very convenient price and I did not expect such a nice hotel, much nicer. Very large room with a window in both the bathroom and the bedroom. Recently renovated and with a truly enormous bathroom and shower. Courtesy set provided, water, clean and soft towels including sheets. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine. Impeccable staff and available to help foreigners who have difficulty with the language. I compliment the guy at the reception who improvised as my savior for a trip to the Shaolin Monastery in total autonomy, if it had not been for his precious help I would never have arrived. Ask if you have any questions and you will have the total availability of these guys. One last important piece of information; the metro stop is very close to the Hotel. I recommend anyone to stay.

The hotel is newly opened, the facilities and decoration are very new, the location is also very good, the service is also very good, but the design of the hotel is really a big flaw that I really can't help but say.
1. I booked a standard room. My apartment has a sink on the right hand side when you enter the door, a corridor in the middle, and two small rooms on the left, one is a toilet and the other is a shower room. This is very good, but there is no place to put clean clothes or hang towels in the shower room. The bath towels and towels provided by the hotel are also next to the sink, which means that after taking a shower, I have to stand naked in the corridor to dry my body and then put on my pajamas. In other words, your companions can see you naked when sitting on the bed. Isn't this embarrassing? Is it true that your hotel’s target customer base is limited to couples and married couples? Are your friends or colleagues unworthy of staying in your hotel?
2. There are no chairs in the room, only a long sofa next to the window, which is quite heavy, and a table next to the TV, which means that if I need to work on the computer or eat something in the room, I have to move the heavy sofa in front of the table, which will inevitably block the way.
3. The sewer pipes are not soundproofed or are wrapped inside the wall. Whenever water is used upstairs, the sound of the dripping water is particularly clear. I was woken up by this sound in the mornings of both nights I stayed there.
It seems that this is a chain hotel. This is the first time I hear about this hotel. I don’t know if the design and decoration of other rooms are the same. I can only say that if I go to Luoyang again, I will not book this hotel.

The hotel's facilities are very complete and very new and clean. The service is not to say, the staff is kind and the service is meticulous. The hotel room is very clean and you won't be disturbed. The guys and girls at the front desk are very gentle and patient in answering questions. Because we came back a little late from the White Horse Temple, we checked out after 2 o'clock. The girl at the front desk comforted us and said it was okay and there was no rush. She didn't urge us to hurry up at all. I will stay here again next time I come to Luoyang!

I was traveling and after shopping around Yingtianmen, I was a little tired so I found a nearby hotel. After looking at the pictures and reviews, they were all pretty good, so I went and checked in directly. The front desk service attitude is very good, but the hotel's hardware facilities cannot support the whole experience. First of all, the sofa was so dirty as soon as I walked in. It felt like it had been picked up directly from a garbage station. I immediately felt exhausted. Well, the big deal is that there are no seats on the sofa. There is no separation of wet and dry parts in the bath, and the water in this bath is hot and cold. I have to adjust the water constantly after taking a bath. The water temperature is extremely unstable. It will be too cold if I move it a little, and it will be hot again if I adjust it a little. It's really a pity that the front desk lady was so enthusiastic.

The hotel was newly opened in 2024. It is very new and clean. The stay experience is very good. The staff are friendly and provide souvenirs to the children when they leave the store, including peony flower cakes and a bottle of water. There is a laundry room, you can wash it yourself, or you can ask the staff to help wash, dry and take it out. The staff will look after you 24 hours a day. There is late-night porridge service from 9:30 to 11 p.m., and the restaurant provides clear porridge and noodles. There is a fairly small parking lot behind the building, which is very convenient. It's very close to the train station, and the street is full of food shops. There are also many barbecue and supper restaurants at night!

GGuest UserIt takes a few minutes to get to Luoyang Railway Station. The location is great. The girls not only have a separate bathroom, but also a large balcony. The Youth Hostel is upstairs in the landmark of Hengda, and the community has security guards.
