入住遇到酒店空調管道檢修，空調完全不能使用，通風及調節温度衹能靠開窗，又趕上室外空氣嚴重污染和31度高温，最後是服務員給拿了台小電風扇湊合用。

酒店的服務真的是非常的好啊，但是呢，設施呢是有點老舊了，我可以這樣講:軟件彌補了他們硬件上的不足，尤其有一個姓韓還是姓裴的小姐姐啊，他的服務真的是很好很貼心啊！管家式的服務，服務在客人開口之前需要之前。嗯，我覺得這才是服務最主要的一個精華所在。他們這邊做得很到位

老牌賓館，一如既往的服務細緻周到，從前台，客房都很好！設施確實陳舊，但服務的細節彌補了硬件的不足！尤其值得稱頌的是餐廳和接送機服務，餐廳，對傳統菜的堅守和創新，色，香，味俱佳，價格合理。傳承幾十年的接送機，乾淨，安全，特別是專職李師傅更值得稱讚，會介紹親朋好友來洛陽時入住友誼。
