衞生清潔度一般，尤其是衞生死角。客房設施陳舊，窗簾拉不到位。服務水平還有待提高。尤其是地處關鍵地段，酒店整體服務和管理需要進一步加強和再提高

這是住酒店以來最差的一次體驗了。第一，空調不行，開熱風出冷風，冷慘了的第二，房間與網上看到的完全不一樣，差差差第三，衞生和環境都差第四，一顆星都不值得
