The stay experience far exceeded expectations! The room was clean and tidy, with electric curtains, alarm clocks, air conditioning, and you could set it when you were lying on the bed. The USB charging port at the bedside is particularly convenient. I forgot to bring the charger and let the front desk send it. The homestay is built in the Qifeng Valley Scenic Area. There are reservoirs, hills, and children's play areas. There are few people and beautiful scenery. Vehicles need to be reserved by hotel guests before entering the scenic area. The homestay is built next to the reservoir, and it is integrated with the scenery. You can fish in two steps. At night, the boss helps us process the small fish we caught. The taste is delicious. The sanitation and service of the homestay are first-class. The hot pot set meal we ordered is delicious and affordable. The dishes are grown in the yard, healthy and fresh. RRob72I booked this hotel for my wife, who is Chinese. I wasn't allowed to use my trip coins. She was in town to register our Hong Kong marriage at the Hukou office. The room they booked her into was not the one that was advertised. I booked a panoramic double room but what is shown in the pictures is not what she received.
I suspect because she is Chinese she was downgraded. She said the room was old and not good. They did switch her to another room for an upgrade but it still looked like the same type of room. It was very small when compared to the pictures on trip.com.
At first, we thought this was a hotel we could stay at again when I come to Anhui to visit her family. After her experience, we will probably not stay here. I have very high standards and always expect to get what I pay for. Additionally, her reservation included the free breakfast buffet. She said the breakfast was low quality.
Also, the reservation included a free gift. She did not receive a free gift, as promised.

Opposite the hotel is a small animal farm, which also has a lot of fun. There is no charge for these two accommodations.
