説實話，剛進樓道會聞到一股潮味，然後房間衞生不是很好👉👈浴室的那個淋浴頭（有兩個淋浴頭，這裡是指固定的那個花灑）黑黑的，不是很乾凈。床單上面不知道是沒洗乾淨的污漬還是什麼，有斑斑點點。如果只是將就一晚上的話可以選擇一下，畢竟價格比起其他的還是很便宜，但如果是需要住好幾天或者是有點小潔癖的就不推薦了。老闆服務很好，很友善，有問必答那種。離方圓薈很近，附近樓下也有吃飯的地方，便利店也有。就是賓館的話可能會需要重新裝修一下
