The breakfast was good and rich. Has its own paid parking lot. After looking for the air conditioner remote control for a long time, it turned out to be posted on the wall near the door. The hotel is next to the railway station tracks. The bed was vibrating at night and I couldn't sleep at all. The room was very old and had a strong smell.
The only advantage is that there is breakfast, which is not bad for Switzerland.

O Hotel não fica no centro de Lugano, mas tem Ponto de ônibus na frente, gratuito, muito eficiente e fácil de utilizar. Os atendentes eram muito atenciosos. Restaurante e quarto bons.

Lovely hotel, clean and quiet. Small balcony with partial lake view. The woman at front desk was friendly and welcoming, very nice. Large breakfast room with large buffet including a machine that made fresh squeezed orange juice, what a fun and wonderful surprise!

I had a very short stay in this hotel. I arrived late and departed early the next morning. However, the room was very clean, tidy and the bed was comfortable. Spacious room. I had messaged the hotel via WhatsApp as I noted that it was closing at 22:00 and I did not arrive until 23:00 however the hotel were very accommodating and made sure I got checked in which I was so grateful for. Staff friendly upon check out and I was given some food recommendations for late at night as there was no vending machine in the hotel. Would like to return here for a longer stay.

Abbiamo soggiornato all’Hotel Delfino di Lugano e l’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. La camera con parziale vista lago offriva un panorama rilassante. La posizione è comoda: con una breve e piacevole passeggiata lungo il lago si raggiunge facilmente il centro città. La colazione è ottima, con una buona varietà di prodotti freschi e di qualità. Un altro punto a favore è la disponibilità del personale: anche se siamo arrivati in tarda notte, il check-in è stato gestito senza problemi nonostante la reception fosse chiusa. Molto comoda anche la possibilità di cenare direttamente in hotel con menù alla carta: piatti ben curati e servizio attento. La piscina, infine, è stata una piacevole sorpresa per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di visite. Apprezzatissima anche l’accoglienza riservata ai cani, che sono i benvenuti. Un soggiorno davvero consigliato per chi cerca comfort, tranquillità e una buona posizione a Lugano.
