Suba Properties in Lucknow

The hotel is a 750m walk from the train station (Red Line MRT station). The front desk manager was very helpful and allowed early check-in. The room was average (soundproofing was decent), but unfortunately, bottled water cost extra. About 1.3km from the hotel is Aminabad Market, which is even more lively during Diwali. Many famous Lucknow restaurants are also located in that area. The Red Line MRT does not reach Rumi Darwaza or other famous tourist attractions. Taking an Uber Auro tuk-tuk from the hotel costs approximately Rs. 80-120 in cash (depending on the time of day; round up to the nearest whole number as a tip). (Some drivers are very honest and kind; they might accept Rs. 100 for a fare of Rs. 103.18. I always gave Rs. 120 to thank the driver, who was happy to oblige.) P.S. Some drivers might try to negotiate the price or refuse a fare at the last minute.

Here i stay for 3nights & experience is very good. Rooms are clean and service & front desk people very much cooperative. Specific demand from me to clean further wash room service at night 9. They did immediately. Breakfast items should be more & quality food. Rate from my end 8 out of 10

Everything about the property is top class, location, hospitality, food, rooms, cleanliness, everything is good. Only thing is that there is no valet parking and the parking space is shared with blink-it warehouse.

Room was quite big & amenities and infrastructure is well maintained. Only drawback is window not available. Rest everything was fine, good food, good response by the room service team. One more problem was there's a stinking of old rooms, typically.
