整個瑞士之旅 最省心的酒店。 設施很好，很新，衞生挺好的。 床單很滑。 服務很好。 唯一是無自己的室內泳池，但可以有免費票到外面的湖上木屋裡麪遊。 沒游上 可惜。

都還不錯，就是吃早餐的時候，乾淨的盤子有蒼蠅，也沒人管，吃完的食物也不會及時添加

I stayed at MO in Sanya before. The facilities were old and the beach was average. I was very disappointed, so I rarely chose MO afterwards. When I booked this time, I saw that the Lucerne MO Hotel was newly renovated, so although the price was high, I booked two nights with the mentality of giving it another try. I really felt that it was excellent in all aspects and worth staying: 1) The decoration style is simple, elegant, exquisite, and fashionable, and the facilities are first-class and impeccable👍 2) The hotel has a superior geographical environment and is close to the lake. 3) The service is first-class. It can be seen that the waiters have been well trained and the service is in place. The only regret is that I met a friend from Shanghai this time. She booked a room directly with the hotel at a cheaper price than Ctrip, and the hotel also upgraded her room type and gave her a consumption voucher. Ctrip is such a big company, it should be easier to get these, right?

The location and environment are all good. I didn't try the food. The turndown service was a bit mediocre. A little boy didn't have any containers in his hand and pinched two pieces of chocolate and handed them to me. I didn't quite understand it.
