Réservé chambre double on nous a donné une twin. Lits d'appoints! Toilettes sale. Douche vetuste.bruit de l'air conditionné plus tuyauteries toute la nuit. Un numéro pour communiquer mais sur repondeur. A fuire pour ce prix

Tendenzialmente il posto può andar bene, solo che c’è la reception dalle 14:00, si comprendono poco le regole e rispetto alle aspettative per me non le ha soddisfatte.
Al telefono molto gentili, mi hanno risolto alcuni inconvenienti e il personale delle pulizie molto disponile, però guardando le foto mi ero fatto un’altra idea io.

Wonderful find for a one night stay. Pros were the pool and pool area, close to. Lucca proper, clean and large room, and excellent air conditioning. Cons were that there was no breakfast even though they're listed as a B&B, no room safe and a shower that worked well. But even with these minor cons, I would totally stay again. Yes the rooms are older but no matter. The staff were excellent, bed was comfy and did I mention how much I loved the pool!? Thank you for a great stay.

Pessima struttura, è un affitta camere di Bassissima qualità: camera sporca , copriletto macchiato e non lavato, mobili datati, bagno minuscolo con la muffa e la ciambella del W.C rotta in più punti. Nel corridoio muro spaccato. Mai nessuno alla reception. No colazione. Parcheggio a pagamento. non vale nemmeno €25 a notte mentre chiedono €75. Direi vergognoso.

Initially was very good the first man we dealt with was so kind and helpful and our room was ready. However I wasn’t too happy with the condition of the pool as it was filled with bugs. The next day we were struggling to get a taxi from the location and asked another man behind the counter if he could help us as we couldn’t get through to anyone and the apps weren’t working, he just gave us a number which also didn’t work and that was that we then had to walk 45 minutes with bags to try get a taxi to the airport. Very mixed emotions on this one but regarding the price for the one night I wasn’t impressed.

Ho alloggiato la scorsa notte nella camera n.5 al piano terra.Il bagno è fatiscente con macchie di umidità sulle pareti,i letti scomodissimi e pericolosi( quello dove dormiva mia moglie nella notte si è piegato facendola rovinare a terra),il condizionatore rumorosissimo e poco efficiente, il frigo altrettanto. La piscina sporca è in ombra dalle 16.30. Passate oltre.

Ho soggiornato fortunatamente solo 1 notte. Abbiamo pagato due volte...una volta con booking e una volta in struttura, abbiamo detto abbiamo già pagato...a me non risulta...e che fai??pensi a un disguido con booking e mentre scrivi a booking...ripaghi...per poi riavere i soldi due giorni dopo dall'albergo. Si è scusato. Questa è la descrizione su booking "Giada Palace serve la colazione ogni giorno in collaborazione con una rinomata pasticceria nelle vicinanze" la colazione non è inclusa. "A vostra disposizione anche un parcheggio gratuito", ho pagato in contanti credo 6€, non vado fallita. Struttura veramente vecchia,porte tipo "nonna" ... Nel bagno c'è un po' di muffa.. A voi la scelta. Carina la piscina.
