Mia figlia e la sua classe sono stati in gita ed hanno alloggiato in questo albergo, purtroppo non sono rimasti contenti dell'albergo, la pulizia buona, alle 7,45 non c'era più la colazione, solo una nutellina e un pacchetto da 2 di fette biscottate, la pasta degli alunni diversa da quella dei professori, (professori penne e allievi mezze maniche) alla domanda del come mai questa differenza, la risposta è stata : la pasta dei ragazzi è precotta..il pane del pranzo a sacco (che ho personalmente assaggiato) era gommoso e insipido..Le camere avevano molti letti rotti. Sinceramente non capisco perché accogliere così dei ragazzi, comunque abbiamo pagato!!!!

Porta automatica bloccata a metà dal nulla (a caso) Solo l'ingresso. Scarico del water che non ci ha fatto chiudere occhio... Camera freddissima ma i termi sono stati accesi al mattino quando poi ce ne siamo andati

Per lavoro mi sono trovato in questa bellissima città,ma per scelta tornerei altre mille volte in questo albergo.Ho trovato delle persone cordiali e sempre disponibili,mi hanno fatto sentire come se stessi a casa e questo nn ha prezzo, grazie davvero!

Very nice accomodation, impeccable maintenance. A couple of blocks from the old city, is a great lodgging choice. Breakfast included cakes, fruits and more. The staff was very attentive and did walk the extra mile. Don't miss this one.

L'hotel è molto carino e accogliente. È situato in una posizione strategica, a poche centinaia di metri da Porta Elisa e non distante dalla stazione ferroviaria. La proprietaria e il personale sono stati davvero favolosi con noi colleghi e con i nostri alunni (gita scolastica). Le stanze sono di diverse dimensioni con viste differenti. Buona la pulizia. La colazione ricca e abbondante. Che dire?! Soggiorno breve ma di gran lunga molto piacevole.

Hotel situato in una buona posizione, si arriva con una breve passeggiata a porta elisa. L'hotel si presenta subito bene nella reception e nella sala d'attesa, la stanza che a noi era dedicata sarebbe dovuta essere una tripla ma era leggermente piccola e ci si muoveva un pò con difficoltà visti anche i bambini. La stanza risultava abbastanza pulita mentre il bagno la pulizia era praticamente perfetta. Anche il bagno risultava veramente molto minuto ed anche la disposizione dei sanitari è da rivedere, il bidet praticamente attaccato al muro non c'era spazio per mettersi seduti. Da apprezzare molto l'assenza della moquette che rendeva tutto molto più pulito, l'insonorizzazione delle finestre sarebbe un pò da rivedere non era il massimo. Letto molto comodo. Tutto sommato l'esperienza è stata positiva, e la vera forza della struttura sta nella gestione, in particolar modo della signora Manuela che è gentilissima e simpaticissima e si è sempre messa a disposizione di tutte le nostre richieste ed è sempre venuta incontro alle problematiche che sono sorte trovando sempre la soluzione più idonea per tutti.
