盧卡古城區一個比較新的酒店，停車比較麻煩，需要停到火車站的統一停車場；入住和退房時可以開車到酒店提取行李，記得在前台登記車牌，否則會被ZTL

Terrific location. Unfortunately they were setting up for Comic Con and there were tents being set up EVERYWHERE. Traffic was hard to navigate to the hotel. Regular rooms are small, Jr Suite was spacious. Well appointed but not luxurious. Nice bathroom amenities, turn down service. The AC controls (not a simple thermostat) in Italian, OK for temp but fan control questionable. The heated towel rack control was behind the makeup mirror. Breakfast either buffet or a la carte. Both good. Dinner was good, but the dining room is very small and if there are tour groups you could have quite a wait. Front desk personnel were exceptionally helpful with umbrellas, reservations etc. Would recommend but it is somewhat overpriced in our opinion.

I would like to have given a higher rating because it is a beautiful hotel with friendly staff and an amazing restaurant. The room was large with a nice view. For my husband and I, the bed was very hard. It was the hardest bed I have ever slept on. The air conditioning in the room could only be turned down to 21 C / 70 F. This is not hot, but there was no air movement so for us it was uncomfortable while trying to sleep. The bathroom was a bit too dark for my liking. These things are personal preferences but they are important for travelers considering staying here to know.

Bellissimo, nuovo, centrale, con prezzi moderati e servizio cortese e veloce. Mi e' piaciuto molto il menu' del pranzo, perche' cerca di accontentare tutti gli standard di gusto, con un riguardo ai piatti stagionali. Non c'e' veramente motivo se siete di passaggio in centro e cercate un posto per un pranzo veloce di andare altrove. In quanto i prezzi sono per alcune portate, come il piatto di carne salata, rucola e grana, addirittura inferiori, rispetto, agli adiacenti locali turistici. Offrendo pero' un ambiente raffinato, pulito, silenzioso, perfetto per una riunione di lavoro. Unica pecca il bagno sporco, che oggettivamente, a certi livelli non dovrebbe esistere, ma che non inficia le qualita' ristorative.

A beautiful hotel centrally located in Lucca On a beautiful square, illuminated by night. A short walk from the station. So pleased I stayed here. This is a great Marriott property to explore the delights of Lucca. A warm welcome on a late arrival, great Marriott recognition and a lovely suite were much appreciated. Mare in reception is a great ambassador for Marriott, and was both charming and professional. Great bed, linens and all you need for a luxury stay. Breakfast outside very nice. Drinks and nibbles at Happy Hour a must. Look forward to returning to this hotel soon. Thank you. Highly recommend.

The hotel is located well in the old city. I had lunch and breakfast outside on the sidewalk near the carousel. The food was excellent and the service superb. The room was well appointed and the bed comfortable. The only thing I did not like was the location. My room was in the interior and I only saw a staircase. I should have asked for a different room.

Great location. You have to park outside the walls and walk in and the hotel was very close both to the walls and everything you want to see
