Wir sind als "normalsterbliche" in die Lobby eingetreten, dabei wurden wir von oben bi s unten gemustert. Die Zimmer waren leider nicht wie vereinbart bereits, mussten bis 14.30 warten. Konnten das Gepäck dort deponieren, unsere Tasche, nicht Gucci, wurde mit zwei Finger angewiedert angefasst. Das Zimmer ist etwas dunkel, schade hat es im Bad schon Schimmel an der Decke. Hinter den Fenstern hat es auch überall Flecken, passend zum Bettüberwurf. Da es leider regnete waren unsere Hunde nass, der Herr am Empfang streckte mir eine Schachtel Nasstücher zu! Auf die Antwort das wir Tücher hätten hatte er Angst das wir die Hoteltücher verwenden würden! Musste ihm erklären das ich eigene hätte. Frühstück ist sehr gut und überaus freundlich. Leider das einzige. Am letzten Tag wurde ich noch angemacht wieso ich den Autoschlüssel nicht deponiert hätte, worauf ich erklärte weil mir das niemand mitgeteilt hat. War auch nicht in Ordnung. Beim Gepäck Schleppen musste ich die Türe selber öffnen. Die Türe wird nur für noblere Gäste durch das Personal geöffnet. Im wurde noch nie so abschätzig behandelt wie im Palace in Lucca. Bin das vierte Mal dort, aber garantiert nie mehr im Palace. Kann es beim besten Willen nicht empfehlen. Es hat andere, bessere Hotels im Lucca.

Un hôtel de grande qualité aux chambres spacieuses et bien équipées .Un personnel très aimable et attentif et un petit-déjeuner très complet. Un lieu de séjour de charme et de tranquillité qui mérite qu'on y revienne . Un parking , sur réservation est aussi à la disposition des clients .

Perfect hotel in a great location to explore the beautiful city of Lucca. Great spacious room, impeccably helpful and welcoming staff. Excellent bar, also classic Tuscan room for breakfast. Very convenient for a short taxi ride ride from the train station. Would highly recommend.

Lovely stay at San Luca Palace. Rooms are spacious with all amenities you need. Location is superb and a stones throw from the main piazza in Lucca. Breakfast was nice and the staff all very kind and helpful. In my opinion, we paid above average for the stay and I thought that it was on the more expensive side in comparison to the standard of the rooms and general hotel interiors (very dated albeit clean). Hence my 4 stars!

We went in for a drink on a wet afternoon. Drinks were very expensive and we were charged extra for table service. We were there with our 1 year old and found them intolerant of her, despite us being the only customers in the bar. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend.

This is a comfortable hotel on the western edge and inside the walls of Lucca. Location requires a 7 minute walk to the center of the old town. Bed is comfortable and bathroom well equipped. Breakfast buffet is very nice. I needed ice in late afternoons for a sore knee and the staff were very helpful and caring.

I’ve been there for a job event in Old Lucca center. This hotel was very good: parking space just behind (but 20€ per day), comfortable rooms, nice lobby and breakfast, placed in the main old street of Lucca and easily reachable from all the ways in old city

Hotel bien situado muy próximo al centro histórico. Me alojé el 16 de abril de 2024. La habitación era amplia con una decoración anticuada, cortinas, alfombra, cabecero tapizado. La ropa de cama pedía a gritos una renovación urgente. La colcha que cubría la cama y las sábanas no eran propias de un hotel de 4*. Me picaron chinches. Al día siguiente estaba llena de picaduras que tras una semana todavía son evidentes. No se dejen impresionar por la decoración. Necesitan una desinsectación urgente.

Hotel in posizione strategica vicino al centro e alle mura e in una via piena di ristoranti. Le camere sono spaziosissime anche se non troppo luminose causa affaccio su cortile interno fatto che garantisce sonno senza rumori. Ottima colazione e personale gentilissimo pronto a indicare orari locali, taxi, meteo, etc.
