Location was very good, close to the old town, 10 min by walk, the rooms are big and clean, the service was good, I recommend the stay.

Staff were helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble and were very welcoming from the start. Room was perfect, the service amazing and the whole experience made the trip to Lublin awesome. There was nothing I could find to fault the hotel - not even when my door key decided to go offline, problem resolved with no hassle. Will definitely return.

Really impressed with this hotel. Good reception on arrival, friendly and helpful. Room was large, very clean and housekeeping attended every day which is not that common nowadays. Easy check in and out process. 10 minute walk to old town and maybe 15 to main town. Large shopping mall 5 mins away for essentials if needed.

Very good hotel at a good price. Great location, close to the center, easy to access. New, clean, well-kept rooms. Very nice service, very good breakfast, including a sandwich for the road. It turns out that a high standard can be at a reasonable price. I recommend

Very nice hotel, great service at the reception, large and nice rooms. Large bathrooms. The rooms have a well-equipped tea and coffee corner, two bottles of mineral water per person, which was fantastic because the heat was unbearable. We received a room with a nice view as requested:) The distance to the old town is about 500m, very close. The only minuses are the lack of slippers and bathrobes, which would have been a nice addition to the standard, and the terrible access to the underground parking lot.

Pobyt w hotelu oceniam bardzo dobrze - daję mały minus za śniadania. Hotel położony w bliskiej odległości od starówki - na piechotę ok 10 minut. Miła obsługa, duża sauna do dyspozycji, wygodne pokoje. Minus za dosyć monotonne śniadania - codziennie takie samo, brak sałatek, dodatkowo na przykład galaretki w pucharkach tylko dla gości, którzy przyjdą pierwsi na śniadanie (potem obsługa mówi, że się skończyły) - więc albo wykładamy dla wszystkich, albo nie wykładamy wcale. Minus za parking podziemny - tak wąski wjazd, że strach tam wjechać i uszkodzić auto. Ogólnie pobyt w hotelu udany :)
