VVictoria*zdjFirst of all, I give it five stars because the hotel staff are very enthusiastic and responsible, especially the guy with glasses who drove the shuttle bus to take us around the resort and gave us a baby windmill, which the baby liked very much. The room was upgraded for free, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean and the bathtub was also very large. It was the first time I saw welcome fruits with large quantity and rich variety. It was simply a five-star praise! If I have to find faults, it is that when I arrived at the door, there was no staff to help with the luggage. The security guard at the door seemed to be a decoration, haha. Breakfast ended at 9:30. Because I had to take care of the baby, I didn’t have time to eat two days out of three days. I went there on time on the second day~ Damn! In short, I highly recommend it and will come to check in in the future!

MMengmixueI stayed for the third time and stayed here every time I went to Jinzhai, but the overall feeling that the ability of the front desk to correspond to foreign guests needs to be improved. Others are not bad, the first hotel in the local area. Jinzhai is not big, and the tea valley is 40 minutes away from the hotel. The overall feeling is quite beautiful. Have the opportunity to come to Jinzhai again.

GGuest UserAfter coming out of the Sunken Plaza, Lu'an Station is just over a flyover. It is easy to find, and the appearance of the hotel is also eye-catching. The family room has a big bed and a 1.2-meter small bed. It is relatively spacious and decorated in a traditional style. It's good to have fruit and white fungus soup in the evening. There are hair conditioner, children's slippers for bathing, children's bath towels, and a few packets of snacks. The room did not smell of cigarettes.
Except that the breakfast is too simple, everything else is good.

AAnonymous UserThe arrangement of the rooms were quite confusing although room numbers were written on the walls as guide. I noticed that some rooms weren't chronologically come next to each other. Perhaps they could try rearranging the room numbers / places for easier and faster recognition. They may also opt to put bathrobes in every room regardless which type of room it is as well as add some coffee / tea sachets / sets as some visitors might not have much time or opportunity to go get or buy outside or somewhere. The windows also don't have metal brackets outside for security reasons / purposes. Some lighting weren't even properly working as well as the air conditioning seemed a bit weird, like blowing hot wind and then blowing cold wind a couple of times after (and it's winter season at the time of this writting). Additional English - speaking staff could have also been present for easier assistance for foreigners or expats. These were just few observations / considerations for better improvement but never imply a bad reflection about the place. Overall, it's still a good hotel which is recommendable. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The convenient and accessible location of the hotel were also very good points, plus it's by the road or main highway. I would still add this to my hotel list the next time I visit Lu'an again. Thank you!

The hotel rooms are spacious and bright, elegantly decorated. The beds are comfortable and I can feel the call of deep sleep as soon as I lie down. Moreover, the hotel also provides high-speed wireless network, so that I can handle work at any time, very convenient.
