The hotel location and landscape is top notch for this region. Kids friendly - the indoor playground was amazing! We enjoyed the great service from the staff, especially Ms Xiang, who was very warm hearted and helpful.
Can not expect the hotel to be a real 5-star compared to the well developed tourism places, some areas of improvement: many people still smoke inside the facilities - including the public hot spring area, swimming pool, even the hotel lobby. Some of the facilities inside the room are not well maintained - be sure to check them and request for fix or change the room if needed. But for this area, I’d highly recommend this hotel for family stay and a very relaxing experience at a reasonable price.

The hotel is very beautiful and there are some unpowered children's play facilities. It is very convenient to follow the navigation directly to the underground parking lot. The front desk is super atmospheric. The room is large, the bedding is comfortable, the bathtub is very watery, you can soak in a while.

I took my parents on a trip around China and came to Anhui. We passed through Lu'an on our way back to Xi'an from Huangshan. It was a strange city and a strange hotel, but it really surprised me. From the door to the front desk, the considerate and thoughtful service, the special dining, and the rich breakfast. As a person with mysophobia, I felt that the hygiene of the room was excellent. Five-star quality. To be honest, coming from Shanghai, the strength of this hotel is better than one-third of the five-star hotels in Shanghai. It gave our family who hurriedly passed through Lu'an a brief but unforgettable wonderful experience. Looking forward to staying again

The environment is absolutely amazing. I didn't expect that there is such a beautiful hotel in Lu'an. I like the Chinese style very much. There is a view at every step. Living in it, you can feel the visual sense of an antique garden and modern luxury design. The room is very large. Looking at the flowers in the garden on the balcony is so intoxicating. The front desk service is particularly good. Ms. Sun at the front desk upgraded the lake view room for free. The male manager at the front desk is very enthusiastic. I called to consult about fishing before. He was very patient and gave the children souvenirs before leaving. It was a journey to Banwei, a Chinese garden hotel with aesthetic points everywhere. I look forward to coming again next time!

Especially satisfied, the surrounding environment is beautiful, comfortable and pleasant, parking is convenient, the room is very good, the health is good, and it is close to the place to eat! Before I arrived at the front desk of the hotel, I made a pre-arrival call. The reception was very good and I took the initiative to lead the way with luggage. I was very warm and the breakfast was delicious. The authentic Yeji mutton noodles. I ate a large bowl and added poached eggs. The taste is authentic eggs. It is difficult to eat in the city. Five-star praise!

The overall environment is good, but the location is too remote, and the resort has a sense of decline. It seems that the name of the hotel is different from what is written on the Internet. I thought it was not a hotel late at night, so I ran in to ask the front desk, and the service of the front desk lady was very good.

It's been a long time since I went to this hot spring... A few friends wanted to go there to relax... Stayed for one night... It wasn't a weekend... There were not many people... Ours was the only villa with lights around... Very quiet... The room was slightly renovated... A new karaoke system was installed... Combined with the original mahjong machine... It was difficult for a few people to choose... The private hot spring was still as good as before... Breakfast was delivered... The quantity was sufficient... The variety was also OK... It would be better if there were some choices for the staple food... I personally like noodles... I don't like porridge... It feels much better than before... I'll go again someday...

A very good hotel in Huoshan, with a high cost-effectiveness ratio. The service needs to be improved. I booked it very early, but I couldn't find the order. Fortunately, there was a room in the end. The C area has a strong smell. It may not be used normally. You need to open the window for ventilation. It has a bit of decoration smell. The facilities are good.

NNsangtfThe homestay is located in the village next to the highway. The room is remodeled from the old house and there is a stream behind the house. Checking in during the May Day holiday, the temperature was more than 30 degrees that day. After I checked in, I was told that the water was cut off and said that it was being repaired. After taking the children to play in the creek in the afternoon, it was still not repaired and it was impossible to take a bath normally. After staying up until after dinner, the water came, but with the yellow water of the sand, I still couldn't take a bath. After repeated inquiries, the hotel staff said that the water supply could be restored before ten o'clock. After 10 o'clock with the child, I was told that the pipe was not repaired, and the water released from the faucet was still yellow with sand. Finally, we gave a bucket of mineral water to let us brush our teeth and wash our face. A family of three people brought sweat like this. They slept all night like a year. More than 1,000 homestays could not guarantee a water supply and bath. This may be the price of choosing a ”homestay”. It also reminds us to choose a homestay carefully when we go out in the future. The good mood of all travel was swept away, and the water supply was not restored the next morning. We originally planned to finish lunch at the hotel the next day and then set off to Tiantangzhai. We could temporarily change the plan and hurry to go to Tiantangzhai Hotel to take a shower!

GGuest UserAdvantages of the homestay: It is first-class in Huoshan. If it is pet-friendly, it should be the first in Huoshan. The facilities in the room are top-notch, very new and great! The key point is to talk about the shortcomings: breakfast is not good, it seems that Jiugongge, creative, if there is no Jiugongge, the nine breakfasts will be scolded to death. The price of lunch and dinner is quite high, a bit beyond expectation. The homestay can see the scenery and surrounding scenery, and the squatting can say it is acceptable. In summary, if you go to Huoshan specifically, the best people take their dogs to Huoshan, this homestay is worth having. If you go to the B&B specifically, it is not worth it to go to the B&B for leisure.

GGuest UserIn a valley, the road is being built outside, and it feels very beautiful. After entering, the hotel is dark and bright. The hotel is surrounded by mountains and rivers. The night is full of stars. The rooms are large, the hardware is good, and the dining is not too expensive (the taste is not bad, unlike some homestays, the price is high and the taste is poor), breakfast needs to be perfect.
It should be more comfortable to go in summer, there is a swimming pool, not necessarily going again (because the road is far away), but it will be recommended to others!

JJerryJu晚上10點半到，一切變得很簡單。一位長者家接待，聽説網上定的，直接交房卡，領上房間入住開空調，但房間比室外熱，降温慢。好在床夠大，一家人能很好的住下。周圍在修山路，早上被啄木鳥的機械聲叫醒，名宿周圍的良田和山包有機的融合，清晨的涼爽與環境相融，店家的小黑狗給我帶路左右鄰里閑逛。。。7點，本想問問早餐，民宿裏餐館走出剛採購回的長者，答覆有早餐，但現在沒有，幾點有也不知道。。。幸好帶了點麪包，娃娃們也不餓，早餐作罷，儘早出發感受這馬丁公路的旅途。整個入住過程，全自助自覺，沒啥服務。要求也不要那麼高，一切還算美好。
