My family stay with Wanxi Hotel has been surprisingly amazing and far exceed our expectation. We were warmly welcomed and farewelled by hotel crew and it really felt like a family. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Lu'An with everything in the arm of reach and the service is wonderful and absolutely second to none. We missed our stay and will certainly stay here again in our next trip to Lu'An and wish everyone all the best.

前台的服務一言難盡了，體驗不好！ 以下3點不知道什麼情況 1.入住前已經電話告知本人在開車趕回去確定夜裡12點左右到，結果還是要再三電話➕短訊問我確不確定？ 2.連住3晚，12點退房時間還未到就一再電話催促、詢問、提醒我12點退房，你們不應該過了12點再電話我嗎？住了很多酒店沒有這樣的！ 3.酒店和停車保安對停車券的時長標準不統一，害得我開車來回跑拿停車券，保安大叔還對我唧唧歪歪…. 希望改進，其它方面都很不錯，打掃阿姨和餐廳服務不錯，早餐豐富
