My family stay with Wanxi Hotel has been surprisingly amazing and far exceed our expectation. We were warmly welcomed and farewelled by hotel crew and it really felt like a family. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Lu'An with everything in the arm of reach and the service is wonderful and absolutely second to none. We missed our stay and will certainly stay here again in our next trip to Lu'An and wish everyone all the best.

This time we went to Lu'an Nanhu Bailuyuan Hotel, which is a Chinese garden-style hotel with a very good environment. As soon as we entered the lobby, Manager Sun, the person in charge of the hotel's front desk, came to greet us. He was very enthusiastic in helping us take our luggage, and thoughtfully prepared small gifts and toiletries for the children who came with us. He also upgraded the parent-child room very attentively and guided us all the way to the check-in room. I really appreciate that Manager Sun is thoughtful and meticulous in his work. Because we were dining in the hotel, he helped us arrange a private room and preheat the heater in advance. The chefs in the restaurant also cook dishes with their own characteristics, which made us feel at home when we came to the hotel for the first time. It was great, and we will come often if we have the opportunity in the future.

And the meal in the restaurant downstairs is also affordable, the taste is OK, I thought it would be uncomfortable to eat and the result was delicious. Breakfast is not bad, rich. More than one hundred house prices are really satisfied. but! The front desk work ability is average, the service attitude is average, and the one at a glance. The fat lady has a blunt attitude. I don't know what I owe her! I have a good attitude.
