L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, tout près du sanctuaire, et le personnel est dans l’ensemble agréable. Mais malheureusement, cela ne compense pas le manque flagrant de confort et de qualité. Notre chambre triple mesurait moins de 15 m², sans climatisation (seulement un chauffage), ce qui est très limite pour un établissement se revendiquant 3 étoiles. Après vérification, la certification 3 étoiles date de 2012… et elle est expirée depuis 2017. Cela en dit long sur l’état général de l’établissement. Le wifi est intermittent et inutilisable au rez-de-chaussée, là où se trouvent pourtant le bar et le restaurant. Incompréhensible à notre époque. Le petit déjeuner est très basique avec très peu de choix. Les déjeuners et dîners proposent un peu plus de variété, mais la qualité des produits reste médiocre. Enfin, détail surprenant : une baignoire dans la chambre, qui n’était pas mentionnée. Un petit plus inattendu, mais qui ne suffit pas à relever le niveau général. En résumé : une localisation intéressante et une équipe sympathique, mais l’hôtel ne respecte clairement pas les standards attendus. Une mise à jour des équipements et une recertification seraient indispensables.

Quartos mto pequenos mas limpos. Comida não chegou para todas as pessoas. Qdo reclavamos diziam q havia pesssoas q levavam demasiada comida. Então começaram a enviar comida requentada e de pessima qualidade. Que não chegava para todos. Houve mta gente só a comer pão. chouriço e salada. Falamos com o gerente que veio ao fim de mto custo pq não tinham livro de reclamações. Nunca pediu desculpa por nada, limitou se a dizer q as pessoas comiam demasiado. Tinha a comida racionada. Nunca vi nada assim. Nunca mais volatrei. Safou se o staff português simpatiquissimo.

Albergo fatiscente, vecchia struttura assolutamente di bassissimo profilo igienico sanitario , carenze sui servizi di pulizia sulle piccolissime e scomode camere, con bagni piccoli e scomodissimi. Il ristorante offre un menù ripetitivo e da terzo mondo . È evidenziato che ha 3 stelle ma in realtà bisognerebbe tirarne via 2 e mezza. Se potete evitarlo, vi farete un gran regalo.

This hotel does not deserve more than 1 star: tiny rooms at the level of a cheap VVF), TV does not work, very mediocre food, everything is low-end; and should be renovated. (see attached photos). Our room faced another hotel where a very noisy blower was operating. We did not choose this establishment because we were part of an organized coach trip (60 people). Lourdes (14,000 inhabitants) lives mainly from tourism and has 144 hotels (that's all we see), making it the 2nd largest hotel town in France after Paris! So we have many other possibilities...

This hotel simply does not meet the stated standards of 3 stars at all. The approval dates from 2012 and must be subject to review every 5 years....There is therefore obvious deception.
