Staff are very accommodating and helpful. Special mention to Tiva. The location is excellent. Bus stop for the train station is literally right at your doorstep. Fantastic view and very near restaurants and the Sanctuaries. Will definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel and good value for money
The hostess was very pleasant and friendly, she gave us very good advice on the various services and activities around our lady.
Breakfast was basic but perfect for the price
There were 3 of us and the apartment room was very spacious. I highly recommend the place and thanks again to the hostess.

Depuis des années chaque fois que je fais à Lourdes, je choisi cet appart hôtel car bien placé, proche de la grotte et on peut manger sans aller dans les restos. Cette année il y avait énormément de bruit dans la rue jusqu'à 4h30 du matin ! Nous en avons parlé à la gérante qui nous a immédiatement proposé gentiment des chambres côté cour et ça a fait toute la différence ! Merci beaucoup! Je vous recommande cet hôtel rapport qualité /prix.

Bonne expérience malgré le loupé du petit déjeuner, à 9h tout était fermé, la réceptionniste a été malade sa collègue est venue dès que possible et a tout mis en place rapidement. Chambre sur rue, dimanche à plus de minuit musique et fêtards des restos entre l'hôtel et le pont, insupportable malgré le très bon double vitrage ! Sinon très bien placé ppour faire des allers retours au sanctuair. Gros bémol pas de vaisselle ni produits dans la kitchenette, ça sert à quoi ? Il faut être sûr d'être à l'heure pour quémander de la vaisselle à la réception

Nous avons séjourné à l’Appart’Hôtel Saint Jean à l’occasion du Pèlerinage Militaire International à Lourdes, et nous en gardons un excellent souvenir. Ce n’est certes pas un hôtel de luxe, les équipements sont simples et rudimentaires, mais tout est propre et fonctionnel. Mention spéciale aux deux réceptionnistes : accueillantes, souriantes et toujours prêtes à répondre à nos demandes, elles ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable. L’ambiance y est vivante, donc si vous cherchez un endroit très calme, ce n’est peut-être pas l’idéal. En revanche, pour nous, c’était parfait pour s’immerger pleinement dans l’esprit du PMI : joie, fraternité et ferveur de tous les corps militaires présents. L’ambiance était au rendez-vous, sans que cela nous empêche de bien dormir. Seul petit bémol : l’absence de prise électrique dans la salle de bain, mais cela semble être une norme dans de nombreux établissements, probablement pour des raisons de sécurité. En résumé, un lieu simple mais chaleureux, parfaitement adapté à l’esprit du pèlerinage. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

A very below standard old hotel. Stayed here for 2 nights. The WiFi was mostly down, and at best you could connect at very low speed—don’t expect more than being able to reply to WhatsApp messages. The air conditioning was already weak on the first night and completely stopped working on the second night. The reception desk stated its working hours until 7:00 PM, but when we returned at 6:30 PM, there was no one there. The emergency contact number couldn’t provide any solution other than telling us that there was a malfunction, they had no technician, and it was not their fault. Then whose fault is it? If you only need a place to store your luggage, feel free to book here, but if you actually want to rest, you’d be better off choosing somewhere else. The only advantage is its location close to the sanctuary.

He estado con la familia, la limpieza regular, además de que este fin de semana hacía un calor de 33 grados en la ciudad, en el hotel el aire no iba, cuando en la puerta te dice que es climatizado. Nos cambiaron de habitación y estaba igual, horrible las noches de calor que hemos pasado con 3 niños pequeños. La solución que nos daba la chica de recepción era devolvernos el dinero y que nos buscáramos la vida, una vergüenza. Hemos tenido que dejar el hotel antes de tiempo y salir un día antes, interrumpiendo nuestras vacaciones.

Took a 5 bed apartment for 3 people to have the extra space and was well worth it would not have wanted 5people unless they were kids. Bedroom with two single beds another room with single and a set of bunk beds also the kitchenette/diner area and a separate bathroom. The bathroom had a bath with shower over it the fixtures needed attention but plenty hot/cold water. Bathroom hairdryer needs replaced.
