Hotel seems to popular with groups, so desk can get quite busy at times. Checking in was a bit confusing because we had to park and clear direction about accessing the parking garage wasn’t provided. No fridge in the rooms and bed was more firm than I’m accustomed. Room was clean and was reasonably large. We were on the ninth floor which had access to a terrace with a lovely view of the city. Decent hotel for the price.

Coming back at Hotel Eliseo
Super happy with the very friendly and efficient Bridgitte of the front desk.
Super close to the grotto.
We leave the hotel 5 minutes before the scheduled mass and still get there before the mass starts.

Ottima la pulizia. Perfetto il servizio. Location molto vicina ai luoghi di culto. Una sola pecca: mancanza frigo bar in camera. Per il resto tutto OK

Another great stay
This is our third stay at Hotel Eliseo,and it’s always a pleasure to return due to the warm welcome from our host Brigitte and team and the wonderful dinner at in house restaurant. We also love the great location with private parking, and so near to the grotto. We will definitely return again. Thank you Louis
