The room was infested with bed bugs that bit my son on the face and body. They changed the room for us but this one had a clogged shower drain with dirt, and despite us reporting it, it was never cleaned and so in order to wash ourselves, my husband cleaned it. The owner apologized via email and promised us a refund that never arrived. Horrible experience

Very well located hotel in the center of Lourdes, close to the train station. Minimalist hotel but clean room and very friendly welcome. Lots of noise, garbage disposal in the morning. Poorly insulated hotel, you can hear the neighboring rooms a lot, the locks opening and closing. The price is really very reasonable. For one night it's fine.

Despite many negative reviews, we were surprised by this hotel. We took a half-board option and were not disappointed. Good value for money. Room with balcony on the street side. Establishment well placed to get to the sanctuary. In addition, the establishment accepts our four-legged friends, very practical!! Manager and employees, pleasant welcome. Only small flaw on the street side, a little noisy in the morning early for what they want to sleep in 🤣!
