Disgusting treatment from this so called hotel ! We booked in January, arrived in May with no accommodation. They facilitated a large contingent of French and shunted us over the road to an absolute hole of a place,no electricity or toilet ! Shocking treatment but what do you expect from bluffers !

Très très sale Déchetterie Poubelle Moustiques Lit inconfortable Sale de bain dégueulasse Couleur avec des odeurs Serviettes salles Pas d'accueil du moins pour récupérer les sous. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel Si vous partez à Lourdes évitez cet auberge. Enceinte si je me retrouve avec des infections je vous porterai plainte car sur les photos c'est autre chose de ce que l'on voit pour ce prix énorme.

Very difficult to really describe the experience because the owner is very virulent if we dare to say what is happening there. Personally, I didn't like it, during my different trips, I meet different people and different accommodations, but here, lack of comfort by default soundproofing, cleanliness

Worst hotel we have ever stayed at with my family, luckily it was only for 1 night. No one to welcome us except the kebab owner next door. Hygiene leaves something to be desired and no hot water for showering. It seems that the owners only have this establishment to make money. Very very very very very disappointed. We will NEVER return there with my family and yet God knows that we are tolerant and not too demanding given the work of the people who maintain the hotels
