Hôtel Christina Lourdes

The hotel is fantastic, the staff is even more so. It was my first time in Lourdes with my family and we were welcomed in a wonderful way, they are all fantastic people, serious and available, always, for every need. The quality is excellent and the service is formidable and excellent. All the staff are wonderful, from the owners, to the manager, to the reception guys, and the restaurant staff. The food is delicious. A wonderful experience. We will return as soon as possible. We highly recommend it.

We have just returned from the Christina Hotel Restaurant and, as usual, a pleasant, professional and family welcome. The rooms are clean, the bedding is very comfortable, and this year the room had a balcony which we really enjoyed with a view of the Gave. Thanks to Sophie and Evelyne who are always so gracious and welcoming, we feel at home. We recommend this hotel in Lourdes, close to the Sanctuary and for its hospitality. See you next year.

Review of the Christina Hotel 7-Night All-Inclusive Stay We spent 7 nights at the Christina Hotel, split between a double and a single room. While the hotel has a certain charm, it is undeniably dated. The interior design is in dire need of an update, and a lack of maintenance is apparent upon arrival. A beautiful rooftop area, complete with mini-golf, a giant chess set, terraces, and lounges, is unfortunately in very poor condition, rendering the terrace lounges unusable due to unpleasant odors. Our rooms, located on the 7th floor, were certainly old-fashioned in style, but spotlessly clean. Towels were changed daily, the bedding was perfect, and the soundproofing was effective, which allowed us to have an excellent night's sleep. It is unfortunate that there is no small refrigerator in the room; this would have been a considerable asset. As for the meals, we were pleasantly surprised. The buffet breakfast and dinner were very well-stocked and tasty, while the lunch served at the table was also very well-prepared. It is even possible to change a dish from the menu if necessary. However, the real asset of this hotel is its exceptional staff. They are undoubtedly the friendliest staff we have encountered during our stays in different hotels! The chambermaids, although too few in number, do their best by remaining discreet and very kind. Sophie and Éveline, the main waitresses in the restaurant, are simply extraordinary in their helpfulness, kindness, humor, and spontaneity. At the bar, Damien plays an important role and made our aperitifs and digestifs much more enjoyable thanks to his kindness and authenticity. It is mainly thanks to this exceptional staff that we plan to return to the Hotel Christina. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

Great hotel, the bedding and mattresses are top of the range, the rooms are spacious. I slept like a baby. The staff is very kind...very attentive and speak very good English, there is always someone to help you or just to talk. Great breakfast (9am) and superb view of the river, located barely 250m from the city center and the cave. Recharged my batteries in a few days, and fundamentally changed me. Everyone is so kind, it's like an international community of mutual aid, without judgment. You meet all nationalities there. I will always thank the people who welcomed me there. It is one of the few large hotels in Lourdes that is still family-owned. Alix
