Expensive and made us to clean the room and throw are own garbage and not even change the bedsheets and pillow cover.

The hotel was quiet and the staff was very friendly. However, it was located a little far from downtown Lourdes, so it was inconvenient to return after an evening pilgrimage, and the breakfast was average.

Avec ma très chère famille, nous y sommes allés pour une nuit décontractée car cet hôtel se trouvait sur notre trajet. L’accueil fut simple mais efficace. Notre chambre, située au premier étage de l’immeuble A, nous obligea à prendre l’ascenseur à cause de nos valises. **PRENEZ GARDE** dans cet ascenseur, l’odeur fut complètement insupportable pour mes narines. Si vous êtes sensible, il vaut mieux prendre l’escalier, **JE VOUS LE JURE**. Cette odeur qui m’a outré a continué dans le couloir. Notre chambre, rien de spécial. Hormis quelques imperfections qui n’étaient guère les bienvenues, furent présentes. Premièrement, la lumière de la chambre ne s’allumait pas, il y avait une odeur mortifère dans le frigo, et enfin, il y avait un ÉNORME bidon dans la salle de bain. La piscine était sale, on n’a même pas osé entrer dans l’eau. Les seuls points positifs furent le fait que la nuit a été confortable et qu’on était très proches du centre religieux, de l’église de Lourdes. Pour une nuit, ça n'a pas été très désagréable, mais je n’y retournerais pas.

Résidence qui ne mérite pas sa troisième étoile. Logement assez cher en rapport à la qualité des prestations. Pas de climatisation, piscine sale avec du coton et des cheveux qui flottent à la surface. Plaques de cuisson mal nettoyées. Canapé lit inconfortable. Une seule nuit à suffit, on a très vite envie de rentrer chez soi pour dormir confortablement.
