We arrived late at night, but it was convenient because it was only a 5-minute walk from Lourdes station. The hotel is in a great location, with access to the Lourdes Fountain, the Cathedral, and the Pyrenees Museum all within walking distance.

Outst!.anding experience in Lourdes - relates to very first day - my daughter & self walking towards sanctuary, and really looking forward to so much. I volunteer each year , but my daughter was never there before & at her suggestion we stayed in Ibis. Was v pleased with location for starters and we could go down steps & towards Grotto. However suddenly lady tapped me on shoulder to warn me that my bag open - back pack which I bought for trip. Immediately I knew - I would never leave a back pack open/ Panic set in quickly & I found all my walled, bank cards & mobile phone - so my good sense left me too & I just turned around and back to IBis. Up in my room I did not have a phone , but was too upset & just knew straight to police. With that - knock on door. It was Christophe from reception. He had got a call from a shop - St Joseph's under bridge entering San Michelle gates. My little holder with all my bank cards, details, my mobile, any cash also. So we quickly rushed down there to be handed my wallet & phone. They were such a sweet couple. Cash was taken but thank Our Lady the cards remained. I could not say enough about Christophe & Nathalie. They really cared & I did not need police. So I could only say IBIS staff were wonderful. People is the reason for going back to Lourdes and the bad ones drive everyone away. So I am voting for your staff on that account

Ordered room with one queen bed and two tween beds and got two tween beds and one couch or something like this. Rooms that supposed to accommodate 3 people can barely fit one.

Hôtel confortable et accessible. Cependant pensez à prendre l’option parking qui est payante mais qui vous évitera de devoir vous garer dans les parkings autours qui sont remplie de sans abris et qui peuvent faire peur à certains et certaines. Même si il ne feront aucun mal cela peut rendre quelques personnes mal à l’aise de se balader dans un parking seul en soirée.
Autre remarque l’insonorisation qui donne sur la route n’est pas très efficace. Donc pour les personnes qui ont besoin de tranquillité il faudra le prendre en compte.
Sinon le personne est très accueillant et serviable. Il y a une place dépose minute juste devant pour éviter de se garer sur la route pour rapidement faire l’enregistrement et pouvoir ensuite garer la voiture.

Buon hotel per fare tappa a Lourdes, personale gentile, buona colazione. Stanza un po' spartana. Non ho dormito bene per la coperta troppo calda, senza alternative (ma quando me ne sono accorto non ne ho chiesto una più leggera)
